Have it attached to a bakers rack and love that you can adjust the depth of the item you are attaching it to and do not need to put holes in the walls. Very adjustable to all directions left, right, up, and down.

Comes with all the parts to install your monitor on arm. Heavy duty and arm has tension adjustment so you can move screen around have it stay in that position. Mounting post can be adjusted to accommodate thicker tables.

I didn't want to mount it to the wall then I saw this so I got it to try it out, love it. I change the position of mine all the time. I only wish it had some type of a level on it.

I followed the guide and video I found online and even contacted the company to make sure I was tightening the right thing - but still wouldn't hold it up. The company sent me a new one to replace it, but that one had the exact same problem. So either the instructions/videos were wrong, or this product simply doesn't hold up the weight it claims it can. Very disappointed
