I have two Arlo Essential cameras and the same problem occurred with both. I had Geek Squad out and no help. Worked with Arlo support and no help. Best Buy accepted the return no questions asked. The Arlo essential cameras last weeks by themselves versus 7 hours with a solar panel attached. Go figure.

Some carrier delivery driver said they were sent to pick up packed but it was not there. “Was missing” was the correct word choice.

Stops charging after a couple days....

But after a few days it stopped charging at all. I went outside to make sure it was still plugged in and it was. Pretty disappointing. I will be returning them.
