I’ve been using this robot for a few weeks and it completely changed the way I clean my home. The obstacle recognition on the P50 Pro Ultra is impressively accurate. It easily avoids furniture, cables, and random items on the floor while planning an efficient cleaning route. My old robot annoyed me most when I had to clean the dirty mop myself, and it never handled corners well. The P50 Pro is way more hands-off — auto mop removal, hot-water washing, and the floors feel clean without being sticky. Corners are much better too. It auto refills and empties, works quietly in the background every day.

The hot water mop washing feature on the P50 Pro Ultra is a real game changer. You can clearly tell the difference compared to cold-water cleaning — the mop comes back much cleaner and feels more hygienic, especially after dealing with greasy kitchen floors. Really happy with this robot vacuum! It runs quietly and cleans thoroughly(we have dogs that shed a lot!). Save us a lot of time on cleaning and very easy to setup.

Excellent product in it's range. I tried the dreamer l40s and thsi peoduct simultaneously and this was a clear winner in mopping and exclsuive pet calling feature

On the day I received the P50 Pro Ultra, everything was running smoothly—until the front omni wheel broke. I thought, weird, less than two hours of use on the very first day. I did some online research about the front wheel breaking and found a ton of people experiencing the same issue. Some said they received a replacement with a better wheel, so I thought, okay, let’s give the replacement process a go. To cut the customer service experience short, I was tossed left and right with little care. I had to send in the entire product (no big deal), and they had to review what was wrong with it before shipping a new one. The whole process took roughly three weeks. I got the replacement yesterday and ran the bot through a vacuuming cycle. The same break on the omni wheel happened again—the exact same way everyone else’s wheel broke. I briefly thought about super-gluing the wheel, but why should I have to DIY a fix for something I spent over $600 on? This isn’t a one-off issue. This is an unresolved problem that’s been going on for over a year, and they’re still sending out defective units.

The P50 Pro Ultra is impressive! The 19,000 Pa suction picks up everything, and the auto mop removal plus hot-water self-washing make cleaning effortless. Auto emptying and refilling are huge time-savers. It’s smart, powerful, and leaves floors spotless. A great upgrade for any home!

I can't really say how this robot vac cleans as the wheel broke off. I have returned it and ordered another Mova. I am willing to try another Mova for the simple fact that this company offers a 3-year warranty. Hopefully the next one works.
