I wasn't going to buy this because I've heard these songs millions of times and never wanted to hear them again. I put the album on expecting the same thing but WOW was I surprised. I felt like I was listening for the first time. This is once again my favorite album.

Just an amazing 180g press of one of the most influential hard rock albums of all time. By working in some new wave-ish synthesizers, Rush crossed over and pleased hard rock, new wave and prog rock fans in one fell swoop during the early 80s. It built them a fan base that would sustain until Neil Peart sadly passed away this year. If you have a decent audio set up you will absolutely be in love with this remastered disc. The winner here, somewhat surprisingly being Side2 with all the nuance and shimmering coming to life.

The remastered album sounds excellent. I have the CD and now I have the vinyl record. I'm not sure how the original released vinyl sounds by comparison, but there are a few YouTube videos that did side-by-side comparisons and they said the new release sounds better than the original. The print quality of the artwork is good.

This is a great transfer of a classic recording to LP. The sound quality is excellent. You can really feel the bass slam from Geddy Lee and from Neil Peart as he hits that bass drum. Crank the volume up as high as your ears can handle and get ready to play the air drums and air guitar as you escape into one of Alex's great riffs.

Bought this vinyl for the second time in my life. Sound quality for vinyl is excellent but the price was slightly high. When did records start costing $25!

A fantastic 200-gram vinyl pressing of the album. Depending on your setup this might be a the best experience you can have listening to music. It is that good.
