After searching for a gimbal in my budget I chose this. I use it for my Canon R6. It is very sturdy and works well. I have 2 complaints. 1) the directions are very confusing and the video tutorial they send to watch with it is for another version and not this one. The settings were different so it took me a long time to set up which brings me to my second complaint. It is not very beginner friendly and takes a long time to figure out having the unclear instructions. I also am not a fan that it does not fully lock and part of it will always swivel. But it does the job well!

Amazing gimbal. Sadly, I had to return this in exchange for a new one due to battery issues and weird stuff going on post firmware update. I got the second one and no issues with it. ONE THING THO... Moza needs to make a better battery set. Build a better charger, and include better quality batteries OR seriously just build rechargeable capability in unit. So annoying taking these out and and even more annoying putting them back in with the back to front loading system... poor design there. BUT all in all I would say I seriously LOVE THIS GIMBAL. I guess i'm just being picky.

It's very stable, the movements are smooth, and overall very easy to setup and because of the phone app. The modular mounting plates make it convenient to take the camera on and off. I am using this to make instructional videos for work and need something sturdy to handle my canon SLR with macro lens. Note that the total setup is quite heavy so I would not recommend dragging this around. For my work, I don't use most of the advanced features such as inception mode, but someday I hope to take advantage of at least 10% of this powerful package.

I Purchased this Apr 6, 2021 on sale for $499 @ BB, still runs as good as the first day I bought it. Solid equipment and absolutely silent, I am very impressed. Takes time getting used to Learning it and a bit frustrating at times but once you figure it out, you realize it's pretty simple.

Using it with a Sony Camcorder it works great. Make sure you use supplied tripod and balance each section of the gimbal as close to perfect as possible before turning it on or it will shut itself off. Catch a YouTube video on balancing if this happens. Once you get it down it's easy.

So I read many reviews prior to buying this gimbal. Many were gleaming & others were, well... NOT AT ALL. My theory was that the quality control from the manufacturer was rather poor though the product was rather phenomenal when built properly. I also read that the customer service from Gudsen was absolutely atrocious so if you were one of the unlucky ones to get a poorly manufactured gimbal then you were basically out of luck. So now we come to my decision to purchase this gimbal from my trusted brick and mortar Best Buy. Being that I really wanted this gimbal over the competition but I was apprehensive about what I may receive I thought I could purchase this from Best Buy, add on the service plan, and then I’d have a trusted company I could return to if I ended up with a failure of a product. I know it costs more but I'm one of those who is willing to pay for quality and assurances.
So I’ve had this gimbal for about a month. I’ve taken it on multiple shoots and it has performed quite well. Several people complain of the complexity of the menu but that hasn’t been a problem for me. I was shooting with a Nikon D810 which unfortunately had not connectivity to this gimbal but I am now switching to the z6 which I read has support. (That is still yet to be seen)
All in all I am very satisfied and I would purchase this again, but only with the 3rd party coverage. Again I chose Best Buy for this coverage & local store appeal.

I love this gimbal. It pairs with my M50, which allows me to change ISO, shutter, and aperture from the gimbal controls. It has motors strong enough to hold some of my heavier EF lens I use with the EF to M adapter. But keep in mind, this is not something I use for everyday shooting because it does get heavy.
Good enough for a side video hustle, shooting b-roll or YouTube.
Highly recommended.

While moza is a decent brand, the warranty side may not be when product fails to function properly.

I like all the complex moves it makes. The it is a good fit for my camera and makes the moves that I need, options that most of the other gimbals don't have. This gimbal is awesome works great, easy setup and a great addition to my equipment bag. In two words I can say, Love It!!!

So this is more complicated than just attach your camera and go. I wasn’t aware how much calibration would be necessary. Anyway, once I do it a few times I’m sure it’ll be a no-brained. There is a lot of functionality available on this stick!

The best gimbal moza air 2. It’s little hard to use at first but once you get used to it.. I love it. All the setting you need to set on there. No need to use your phone.

Adding a Canon 6D MarkII with two batteries to this product made the camera very hard to control and very heavy would not recommend for full frame cameras.
