it worked great till last week. before power button was injested by the gimbal handle. I am certain I got some insurance on it, my rating remains at four stars.

This is sturdy and affordable for beginners. It could be tricky to use at first but once you get the hang of it it’s easy. Being able to charge your phone wirelessly is a good feature it has. It’s not the smallest or the lightest but works.

This is an affordable gimbal that enhances the quality of hand-held cell phone videos. There are additional bells and whistles in the app - which integrated easily with Android Oreo and Bluetooth - but those are not necessary if you just want to remove the shakiness and jerkiness inherent in all hand-held recording. Recording video while walking now has the dolly/Steadicam quality I was looking for.

This is a cheap plasticy feeling piece of gear that does not work with an iPhone 12 Pro Max. I purchased it to try and get it to work with the phone and Moment lenses (which require a special case to mount) based on other reviews that claimed it would work. It does not work. If you use the case and the lens, it is too heavy. If you take the case and the lens off... No difference, it is too heavy. The gimbal will fail to balance the load and flop over, sometimes when it can work it is not level, so everything is crooked. The only nice feature (that I cannot use because the gimbal does not do basic things) is the wireless charging. Btw, you need to have this, because the idiotic way they designed this means that the phones ports are inaccessible when it is mounted, so if you use an older phone without wireless charging, you will not be able to charge your phone. I am going back to my DJI OM4 which is showing signs of not working right. I will simply keep buying that as it works well, gives access to the ports, and has a 15 hour battery life. This one is going right back to the store.

I am torn because the hardware itself is absolutely fantastic and the gimbal works incredibly well for 100 bucks but the app you use along with it is completely unusable. This is really unfortunate since all the extra hardware functions rely on the app to work properly. The image quality is also severely diminished when using the app so your regular camera will give you much better results. If you don't care about the zoom, extra functions, or shutter button then you'll get a lot of good use out of this!

This device works great. Too bad the software sucks. I have had problems with the software not showing if it is recording or in warp mode. Its decent but there should be some pro versions of the software. The hardware is stable and made well. Hand buttons are a bit clunky. I had to add an external mic to the phone for better audio. All in all its a very good product for the price point and quality. Better than most devices out there, IMO.

Great stabilization for my smartphone. The app needs work but isn’t required to use. Has great features on the gimbal itself.

I got this for my son and he loves it. Easy to use and helps take great videos.

Wanted to start a Vlog and this was perfect for helping me capture great videos. Easy to use and awesome that it charges your phone as you are using it. The battery lasts a long time.

Bought it for my insta360 Evo. Had to make my own base to be able to attatch it tho. Works well! Use it all the time.

I mean The fact that I didn’t even get to use it because it was really difficult in the instructions were very minimal.. I honestly wish I would’ve got the oh other option

It will not work without the app. Honestly this thing is okay but the terrible app makes it unusable. It will work for a few minutes then just collapse and spaz out. There's a ton of features that get lost in the lack of instructions. You really need to watch the videos on how to use and you'll see tips for things that aren't mentioned in the manuals

The instructions for using this are dismal. I had to go on YouTube to learn about some of it's features...

No recommended, calibration hard to do. I watch a lot of tutorias to calibrate it but it was spinning and spinning.

Great stabilizer and very easy to use. First time using something like this and I love it. Bought it to take on an Alaskan trip and the pictures came out great.

Such a delightful device. It works so smoothly. If you are iPhone you will have a better time than Android. That is pretty much a fact. I notice there are a lot of menus that are natively iPhone, even though the application is...on Android. Kindof a bummer. But, if I am to review the device itself, it is fantastic. It does the job, and you don't necessarily have to use the Moza app, if you don't want to (besides initial setup, and main settings).

I use this for my work and have gone 3 gimbals in 3 months. It breaks because you constantly have to calibrate it to the point the thing stops responding to it. If you drop it, forget it you may as well as bring back to Best Buy for a replacement. If you can use a different please do it.,

Moza makes my current mirrorless cam gimbal and I love it to death aside from battery charging... but THIS IS JUST NOT GOOD. Save your money and go with DJI or zyihun... Had some promise and a lot of good features but it just did not deliver in quality and stability.

Takes a while to get a real feel for the gimble but overall a great product
