sometimes it doesn't react on the first try and other than that its kinda awesomeness. Install was kinda easy also but the obd2 connector ISN"T the same will not just snap into place...Tech support and customer service pretty good but they don't tell you when they call you back its not your time zone its theirs lol. Found that out the hard way because i keep missing the tech call.
