Beautiful tree but a little too bright it would be nice if you could dim the lights

Wow, unbelievable!!!Last year my spouse and I we having a miserable COVID Xmas. This tree was awesome & beautiful way to make up for it. Not even thinking about the fantastic price we paid for it.

Love this tree. I purchased 2 of them. One for my home and one for my office. My customers love it!

It was great until lights stopped working. Set it up and lights worked for first two days. It stopped working on 3rd day. Disappointed as it will ruin the Christmas decor

It doesn’t work bought this after Christmas last year and here I sit with a dead Christmas tree.

I am an employee of Best Buy and recently got the opportunity to set up and use the Mr. Christmas Alexa enabled Christmas tree. Every year I put up a pre-lit artificial Christmas tree and connect the tree to a smart plug to turn the tree on and off using Alexa. It usually takes a while to get the parts all out of the box, find and plug and put the parts together, fluff the tree then decorate. With this tree the pole is the connection for the lights so the only piece that needs to be plugged in is the bottom part of the tree to the outlet adapter which makes setup very easy. I had the tree out of the box, setup, and decorated in less than 30 minutes and the directions were very simple to follow. Also, I did fluff the tree a little, but it probably would have been fine without it as the tree branches are a mixed material of traditional artificial tree textures and a rubbery texture so the parts fell into place once put together. After plugging in the tree all it took was a push of the button to get the tree turned on and lit up. The button could be used to change the colors and light modes if someone did not have an Alexa enabled device. Connecting to Alexa was also a breeze as all it took was going to add new devices in the app and selecting Christmas tree. At this time Mr. Christmas was the only tree available so I didn’t have to scroll to find anything and my echo device did the rest of the work connecting from there. I have been trying all the different settings and it is fun to now have multiple colors to choose from as well as the ability to change the color modes. So far, my favorite color setting is having the tree set to blue and then the mode set as sparkle. The tree is pretty by itself and almost doesn’t need decorating, but I did end up adding ornaments and some bows and they were just as simple to place as it would be for any regular tree. I would recommend this tree as it is entertaining and enjoyable for everyone.

It’s a great tree. I’ve had it for 4 years now and have little complaints. Only complaint I have is right now my lights are working but some of them are not the correct color that they’re supposed to be. All lights blue and then few of them are red or yellow or green. I will edit if I find a fix. But overall great tree.

At first, I was disappointed at how much the strings were noticeable. I loved the lights and being able to hook it up to Alexa. The branches feel very much like plastic and they don’t shape very easily. But once it was decorated, I really enjoyed looking at it. I think it could be improved with just a few upgrades and make it a top tree to be sold anywhere.

Purchased for 2021 season and loved it. This past season, we totally appreciated the ease of use…assemble and plug in! The tree is attractive, not cheap or chintzy looking. Lights are bright and colorful with choice of blinking or not, and various color options. Very happy to have this tree. Bought on sale well ahead of Christmas, so great value.

I am an employee of Best Buy and had the opportunity to use the Mr. Christmas Alexa enabled Christmas tree. I adore Christmas, love decorating, and this tree is taking it to a new level! I’ll get to the set-up details (it’s easy), but I have to start with the final product. Every year in my household there’s a debate about which color lights to put on the tree (I always choose multi-color, and my husband lobbies for red and white) and ultimately there’s a compromise. Now, we will compromise no more! There are eight color light settings on this pre-lit tree – multicolor, red, white, green, blue, light blue, yellow, and purple – and changing the setting is as easy as saying “Alexa, set my tree to multicolor”. Once you’ve settled on your color, there are other fun ways to further customize. For example, “Alexa, set my tree to sparkle” gives the lights a fun, twinkly effect. Other options include fade, flip, and more! We are having so much fun with this tree – our neighbors have even asked if they can try it out. From a set-up perspective, it’s pretty simple. The tree comes in three pieces that easily slide together. It’s heavy duty and sturdy, and the branches fall nicely into place, requiring little arranging. While there is a remote control that allows you to change the tree settings, we were excited to get this connected to our Alexa device. This was simple as going into the app and adding a new device. This is the only Christmas tree available, making it easy to find. I would recommend this tree to tech lovers, Christmas lovers or anybody looking for a fun twist on the traditional artificial tree!

Beautiful tree that we hope to enjoy for many years. It comes in three sections labeled with A, B and C. It took minutes to assemble and works perfectly with Alexa. The lights can be changed to eight different colors and five different modes.

I was really excited about this tree. We usually buy a real tree each year but the idea of not having to get back behind the tree twice a day to turn it on and off sounded nice. We typically set up our tree the day after thanksgiving each year so I ordered this in plenty of time to be delivered before then. Or so I thought. It was supposed to be delivered 11/28 but we finally received it on 12/2. Okay no big deal. Get it all set up and it will not connect to the Alexa app on my phone. I’ve tried many times. Says it cannot be found. Looked up every possible troubleshooting video, article etc. No luck. Also two of the bulbs do their own thing. They don’t match the rest of the tree with specific lighting combos. And one light stays on as white colored even when the tress power has been turned off. I am so disappointed to say the least. Alexa enabling was the only reason I wanted this tree. Nobody had it in stock so I can return it and exchange it. And Best Buy customer service only gave me until 12/24 to return it for a refund. I could not return the tree the day before Christmas, I was stuck with it. They would only give me a 10% discount as well for the faulty functions of the tree. 10% off $300 just isn’t worth anyone’s time. The tree itself is very pretty and I love all the lighting options. I just really wish it worked the way it’s supposed to. I would love to be able to exchange it or return it for a refund and try to purchase a good one next year. Unfortunately none of these options were available to me.

This is the 1st artifical christmas tree i have ever bought. I am usually a stickler for having a real tree but with my wifes and daughters allergies i had to relent. I honestly could not be happier with this tree. My daughter loves seeing me play with all the different settings and she isnt miserable from allergiea now. Plus its always convenient when its hooked up to alexa and i forget to turn it off and im already in bed. I just aske her to turn it off. Win win across the board. Highly reccomend if your buying artifical

I was excited to receive my prelit, smart tree, but am not excited about the quality. The listing price on this tree was $500, but doesn't compare to other $500 pre-lit trees that I came across over the Christmas season. The string of lights are poorly wrapped from limb to limb and look like they will easily fall off after setting it up a couple of times. I was also hoping it would have more rubber needles over the cloth needles that fall out and track all over the house. That being said, the functionality is great. I love being able to tell Alexa the commands, which allows for easy transitions of colors and light patterns.

Great tree. Love it. Great colors. Looks great in the house. Nice and full looking and displays well. Easy to assemble and no cords to hook together from section to section. It lights up nicely and you can adjust the light colors and flashing through the app on your phone. The app was easy to set up and connect to the home Alexa. Everyone in the family was happy with the new tree.

I love this Christmas tree!!! The colors and functions are great. The only reason I am giving it 4 stars instead of 5 if because it is difficult to setup. Tip: for whatever reason Alexa voice command will not work the first night you set it up. I bought this tree for both my sister and myself and the voice command would not work until the following day (almost as if she needed a warm up period). Otherwise would highly recommend.

My wife is crazy about this tree, we had an old Christmas tree which was OK for me but unhappy for her, so when I saw this one on sale it was a no-brainer. We already had a tree set up by the time we got this one as we receive it a day or two before Christmas, however, I have to set it up so it will be tested before going for his long hibernation until next Christmas. Well, my wife didn't let me take it down after testing, so we have two trees for the rest of the season and even after that she was sad when it was finally time to take down all Christmas ornaments. It works very well with Alexa, most of our house runs on Alexa so it was a nice addition. It can't do things like changing the lights according to music but it does have many patterns and colors that you can change with your voice. The shape and lights are very good, it is full shaped with plenty of nice looking artificial leaves and it has many lights, it looks elegant and very happy. It is super easy to set up, you don't have to connect wires in between sections, just the base to the controller. The controller to a power outlet and a normal setup for an Amazon device.

I'm am rating this only on taking it out of the box setting it up and making sure everything works on it. The tree did look great and it was very simple to set up and even set up on my phone to go through the modes. Only thing i wish and the reason i didn't give it 5 stars is because i would like to have more patterns and light contol.

Great Christmas Tree---Once you get it working. Ours arrived apparently as a used/returned tree although we ordered and paid for a new tree. The top section where the tubes fit together--the male part of the tubing, was very rough and scratched up and the top section of lights did not work. The tube was so rough that it would not fit deeply enough to the middle section to connect electrically. It took us about an hour to figure out how the lights worked and to sand down the tube, readjust the plastic needles, for the top section and finally get it to connect to the middle section electronically and only then did the lights come on. Disappointed that we paid for a new tree and got a used one that we had to repair. Would have sent it back but would have never got it back into the shipping box.

At the Black Friday price of 299.99 the tree was totally worth it. I was impressed overall with tree quality and lighting effects. Alexa connectivity assures you will enjoy this tree more because of how easy it is to turn on. Minor issue connecting the tree was easy to fix via instructions. Set up was less than 5 minutes. I don’t really have any complaints. I think the only improvement could be more colors / more LEDs / more effects but that would probably cost more too. I really feel I got a great deal and hope to use this tree for years to come.
