Mr. Christmas Nutcracker Suite big disappointment

Also a piece of the trim fell off the back. Very shoddy workmanship for the price. I am very surprised as I have other Mr. Christmas pieces that are still working after many years. Customer service did not answer the phone said I had to email them. Very upset as this was a Christmas present .Also the closest Best Buy is now almost 30 miles away.
