Have tried everything, and can not make good coffee with this product. Same product have used in Fl and it made great coffee.

I was really happy when i first got my coffe maker.It was all good until it stop working for no reason.I want to use it but i cant find my receipt to do something about it.I wonder if i can still go to best buy and get it fixed.

I bought this coffeemaker because lately I've been drinking more coffee throughout the day, instead of just my usual three shots of espresso in the morning. I went with this one because it had a timer on it so I could set it to brew in the morning, and it has an insulated carafe which means the coffee will stay hot for about three hours without a heating element. It's perfect for when you want a couple (or more) cups of coffee throughout the day. Very nice design, and brews a great pot of coffee.

I haven't had it to long but so far it works well. A little loud while brewing. No warming plate but it stay's fairly hot with the craft pot. Coffee tastes good. Really easy to put coffee and water in, this is a real plus.

When I purchased this coffee maker, I was looking for an alternative to me Kuerig instant coffee maker. The K-cups are super expensive and they lasted us maybe a week and were only enough to make one 10 oz/12oz/16oz cup of coffee which was great on the go plus it was fast, but for the days I stay off work i like having more than one, so that's why I opted to get a traditional coffee pot. This does the job really well, it is a simple set up and the delay brew is both easy and a life saver. My only complaint is that it stays very hot for about 3-4 hours after brewing, which is fine but if you drink your coffee black without milk then it will be too hot to drink right after pouring. One other issue I found was that the compartment that stores the coffee grinds inside the coffee pot gets really damp. Not like a constant drip or a considerable leak for the area around it, but I have began to notice after months of it seeing daily use. I purchased the warranty so I'm not worried about it too much, but it is worth mentioning for buyers. There's nothing super special about it that other modern brewers don't already have, but for the price and it's quality/look and easy usage I will give it a 4/5 star rating.

Purchased this Mr. Coffee 8 months ago and I believe it's the best coffeemaker I've ever owned. Brews coffee rapidly, easy to fill, easy to clean and it allows me to make coffee which suits my taste. The Thermal Carafe keeps the coffee warm and fresh for hours. The price at Best Buy was very reasonable.

Love this coffee maker! Makes great coffee. Looks good. easy to use. Detachable water reservoir makes it easy to fill. Stainless decanter keeps coffee hot for hours without burning. Just always remember to empty the decanter before pressing brew button. If there is "old" coffee in the decanter and you brew without emptying first you run the danger of an overflow. Since decanter is stainless I've found it best to make a habit of checking before brewing: fill, empty, brew.

We're coffee addicts, and we are both astounded the great coffee maker we found... surprising to us it's a Mr. Coffee. What a well thought out/well designed machine. The method of filling with water -- the removable tank fits perfectly in the front of our refrigerator for filling, even a handle in the side of the tank to help with the task. It has as automatic timer that registers up to two hours so the coffee never becomes stale. It brews 10 cups of HOT coffee in 5 1/2 minutes. It's surprisingly attractive. And it has the best thermal pot we've ever used. Keeps the coffee HOT for several hours, and never drips when pouring. An amazing coffee maker. Hats off to Mr. Coffee for this one.

This is the best coffee maker I have ever owned! I love the carafe. I have always tried to find a coffee maker with an insulated carafe so I may enjoy coffee throughout the morning. So manufacturers do a better job than others and I have had one before that I was really happy with but this is absolutely the best. I read some reviews that the spout slowed the pouring and I agree. However you can either adjust the opening a little or just remove it completely. It doesn't bother me and I don't refill my cup that many times. I prefer the carafe stays closed so the coffee stays hot. The styling is nice and sleek and goes well with everything in my kitchen. Filters are easy to find and it is easy to clean. And it doesn't drip! I have not tried the timer function only because I am not consistent in my getting started every day since I am working from home. Maybe when I get back into a routine I will try that feature.

I really like this coffee maker. The stainless steel carafe keeps the coffee hot without continuing to cook it, avoiding that bitter old coffee taste. This maker is easy to use, and makes good coffee. I recently broke the glass carafe that went with the previous pot, so I appreciate that this one won't break if knocked over. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because it is a little hard to pour the coffee out. you have to hold in a button which is fine, but the coffee pours out slowly, I am always in a hurry in the morning for that "first cup"

Well we hit the 1 year mark with this machine and frankly we love it. Makes great coffee, easy to use, easy to clean, works every time, the carafe keeps the coffee hot for hours and hours and it looks great. Highly recommend!

Easy to use, makes great coffee. Wanted an insulated coffee pot to keep coffee hot for at least a couple hours without tasting burnt, as we get up at different times. The carafe works great. Water reservoir nice and easy to read and use. Water filter is a good idea and can be replaced. We did purchase the reusable filter basket for coffee to get rid of paper filters.

Ease of filling the coffee maker is excellent with a removable water container. Ease of pouring is excellent with no spillage. Coffee is easy to load without pouring grounds all over the counter. Thermal carafe keeps coffee warm for a good length of time. Overall look is very good. Tastes great! No complaints. Great price for quality!

Is the best coffee pot I’ve ever owned keeps the coffee warm for a long time easy to clean, very efficient and just all-around wonderful to use.

The best thing i love about this coffee maker is the way its set up. the water and the coffee are thoughtfully set up as in you will not find coffee residue in the water pod like you would in cheap makers. that residue starts to make coffee taste nasty, instead this set up makes for good tasting coffee.

Got this as a present for my dad for his birthday and he loves it so much! A very high quality coffee maker and love the “Brew Ahead” feature

Wow has Mr Coffee come a long way! I returned my $300 GE Cafe machine and got this instead and I’m so happy I did. This machine keeps the coffee hot for over an hour with just the thermal carafe and no hot plate necessary! It brews a great pot of coffee and it doesn’t look bad on the kitchen counter either. I’m very happy with this machine.

I bought this to replace a Capresso coffee maker that was 10 years old. So far I've been pleased with it. Easy to use. I love the stainless carafe and the removable water tank. It is very stylish and has a smaller footprint than my old machine.
