Great replacement for an old 12-cup coffee maker which had gotten damaged over the years. The carafe pours more easily, without dripping, than the old one did. Haven't had the need to make a full 14 cups, but it's nice to know that we could.

I like it because it makes more than 12 cups when I have more people over.

Needed a coffee pot a little bit bigger than what we had and this has met our needs.

Priced extremely competitively, easy to use, and makes excellent coffee. Doesn’t have the fancy extras the expensive makers have at $100 more expense. If you just want a good cup of joe, this is your choice.

Haven't used this product yet, because we have the same one on the counter right now and the internal cleaning solution worked and it's really the pot of coffee in 30 minutes again so with it doesn't make it inappropriate time anymore we'll start using the new one.

Coffee machine works great- have had it for a few months and used everyday. Allows for a large pot when guests are over. Will never go back to a Kuerig. Saving money and it tastes better

It makes a great pot of coffee. We use it almost everyday.

I needed a coffee pot to replace my crux, so I decided on this because it’s programmable & also a 14 cup. I’ll start with what’s good . Very easy to set up & program, has a nice clock, & keeps the coffee hot. Now the bad. Even though I ran water through it & cleaned thoroughly, there was a burning smell coming from it for a couple of weeks. At 1st I didn’t know where it was coming from, I asked my upstairs neighbor if she was burning something, people smelt it in the hall, till I realized it was coming from my my mr lcoffee. The coffee doesn’t taste that great either, so what’s the use of having a 14 cup coffeemaker if you don’t want to serve it to your guests. I’ll probably bring it back

Mr. Coffee maker makes great tasting coffee! Really easy to use with so many features.! Nice digital clock. Has a water filter, large pot and keep warm up to four hours and so much more.. I love it!
