A poorly conceived product.

This is my second mr coffee product. First was great. This one was no good 1) He Hall click and lock system for the milk container does not work smoothly. 2) The frost top that goes into the milk container is such a tight fit, that the milk container actually cracked. Sadly have to return.

Starts Good, Ends up defective

Sound changed, but no liquid coming through it. Called Best Buy to use my extended service, but I now have to go to the store for a replacement even though store is 70 miles away and product was shipped to me to begin with. 3 hour drive plus 2 hours online and phone support. Not very happy.
