Absolutely Love this espresso maker! I couldn't be more happy with this purchase. The unit makes excellent lattes and cappuccinos. If you do the math at $5 a pop plus a tip! for an espresso at the coffee shop this unit pays for itself after 20 cups made! ($120 divided by $6 at coffee shop) Super easy to operate as well. Just buy it already!!

Overall a decent coffee maker, with some considerable drawbacks, especially the small capacity of the "portafilter" and the fact that if you pack the grounds too tightly, it can cause a backup and leakage. More serving size options would have been nice as well. However, since espresso machines tend to be a pretty high-end purchase, this item does well enough for the price.

This machine can turn out some great drinks. I've tested every feature and found it to be sound and easy to use. That said make sure to read the manual, clean and maintain daily, and get a good grinder to go with this machine. If you do these things you will be very happy with this machine. The espresso is creamy and good. The steamed milk is great, and so is the froth. The auto modes for drinks works like a charm. I knock one star off for quality of materials, I don't feel this machine will last more than a few years of regular use, it's hard to say as this is a new model. But the materials feel thin and somewhat cheap. But this machine functions so well I can look past this for now.

Bought as Christmas present for my wife, but so many options was overwhelming. Finally decided on this one after a friend told me he also had it for over a year and it was working great. She loved it and we've been using it on a daily bases. Great tasting. I like that it's compact, I thought it was going to be bulky. It is a little noisy when it starts making the coffee but it's not too bad, and the noise does not last for too long.

This machine is smaller and less expensive than some of the other machines. It makes good espresso. A friend has a $2,500 machine and this is pretty close.

I was always a coffee drinker because I needed caffeine to be a properly functioning human. One day this coffee maker was a deal of the day and I decided to buy it. Best decision ever! I make coffee daily now and understand why people love coffee. The machine is super easy to use and clean, all the coffee variants come out amazingly. I will never again spend an exuberant amount of money for some burnt coffee water. If you’re wondering if you should buy it.. you should!

I got this for my latte-loving wife for her birthday. This is so easy to use and makes great cappuccinos and lattes. The simple push button delivers great results, but you can use the manual buttons if you are a cafe perfectionist. I highly recommend this product for any daily latte buyers.

It’s an amazing product, and very simple to follow especially if you are a first timer owning an espresso machine! I would definitely recomended

This is such a great Espresso Machine. It is easy to setup and operate. I what is intimidated to buy espresso maker but within minutes of opening the box I had a delicious cappuccino.

It's amazing machine! Every morning no more standing in the queue @ Starbucks. I just buy Starbucks coffee power and get same at home. Make sure water is there (it runs a whole week), put Milk in container, press the Espresso/Latte/ Mocha. Steps, super easy!! Very easy to clean. Perfect buy for me and my wife!!!

Great little machine, Its not to hard to use once you get the hang of it. Really happy with it Little noisy though.

Works good for the price. If you want the best then I advise to purchase a unit in the $500-$600 range. Takes some time to perfect it but like it so far.

So glad i bought this machine. With everything closed bcus of covid19 i wanted to be able to make my favorite white chocolate mochas that i would normally get from starbucks. Well this machine made that possible. Love That the frother is automatic and not manual.
