    Best Buy delivery service was great but this coffee machine makes okay coffee and frothed milk only！

    I followed the directions to the letter. My first cup was great tasting, the next day water was leaking from the bottom. I'm sure it was just a fluke. Returned it with no issue.

    Very poor product. Not thought our well at all. This is my second mr coffee product. First was great. This one was no good 1) He Hall click and lock system for the milk container does not work smoothly. 2) The frost top that goes into the milk container is such a tight fit, that the milk container actually cracked. Sadly have to return.

    I love this machine I’ve used it consider the last 2 years. No leaking, the espresso always pulls nicely. And the milk frother is pretty cool too, I think it’s a good quality machine.

    Product worked for a year, then began leaking underneath. A month later quit working. Sound changed, but no liquid coming through it. Called Best Buy to use my extended service, but I now have to go to the store for a replacement even though store is 70 miles away and product was shipped to me to begin with. 3 hour drive plus 2 hours online and phone support. Not very happy.
