    By the time the coffee drops into the ice, it’s mostly melted, so you have to add more ice, once you drink enough

    Bought this for my 14 year old daughter. The instruction are so easy. She loves her ice coffee and the cup and straw that it comes with.

    With the price of iced coffee sold in chain outlets so high these days, I decided to try this unit myself. It's very easy to use, and once I found the right combination of coffee/water and ice, I prefer my blend much more than the higher priced stuff.

    I have a problem with having to disconnect this apparatus after every use, that’s just crazy to me! And it leaks coffee even if u close it right, the other issue I have is it’s basically a hot coffee maker,

    Iced coffee maker makes hot coffee? Ice melts because it is way too hot. I have to put it in my fridge or freezer and let it cool down.

    This is a great little iced coffee maker. It is easy to use. Are use paper filters, because I find that easier to clean up. I also use my own travel mug. I had been using an older Mr. coffee iced coffee maker, which made more than just one mug of coffee. It was time for replacement. I really do love this one.

    Bought for my daughter to take to college dorm. Haven’t tried yet but seems pretty straightforward. The only thing is you have to unplug when not in use per the instruction manual & when I double checked with customer service. That feature may be a little inconvenient but, I’m sure she will make do.

    Love this ice coffee machine. And I like the stainless steel straw. No more purchasing one at starbucks. Only con is you can't purchase a tumbler. There are a lot of complaints about this in the reviews so hopefully Mr. Coffee will take note of this and rectify it. Would purchase this again.

    This is good for people on the go who like iced coffee. It is easy to use and the measurements are good when pouring over ice so, you get the right mix of strong coffee and enough ice to cool it down. It saves money compared to those expensive coffee shops.
