Power button stopped working after 3 weeks. I loved the item I while it was working, but it didn’t last very long

The dumbest idea ever - no benefit to buying this rather than brew your own coffee and pour over ice.

Terrible product after the second time using the power button stopped working and customer service is Terrible!

This is a great little machine. No problems setting it up and if you have ever brewed coffee before this is easy to use. I like that the tumblers have markings for water and ice. It doesn't take up a lot of space on my counter which is very important to me. There are no cons to be listed. I'm happy that I no longer have to wait on long lines to get my iced coffee.

This iced coffee maker is so amazing, I have purchased and given two as gifts since getting mine! I have a coffee maker from a different manufacturer that claims to make iced coffee but it always brews too hot and just melts the ice, making watery lukewarm coffee. Not this one! At first I thought something was wrong with mine because the basket where you put the coffee grounds is so loose in the compartment, but that’s the genius - you put the water into the machine and it brews the coffee and fills that entire compartment, giving it time to cool down before dispensing it into the cup. If you use the cup that comes with the machine you are guaranteed to have the exact right amount of water and ice, making the perfect cup of iced coffee. We purchased a cheap milk frother and are having so much fun making our own iced lattes at home. It’s awesome to be able to customize our flavors with different grounds. Most importantly the clean up is a breeze, completely effortless. Another huge plus is the size of this - not big and bulky like a traditional coffeemaker, it takes up very little counter space and is easy to push back into a corner when not in use. I can’t say enough good things about this iced coffeemaker, highly recommended!!

I only used for two weeks and stop working doesn't turn on anymore

This is a great value, makes great ice coffee and is easy to use. I was enjoying my first cold beverage within just a few minutes of opening the box. I was really impressed that it comes with quite a nice plastic cup and two stainless steel straws! Perfect for the upcoming summertime when an icy beverage is the perfect treat. Just fill the cup to the line with water pour it into the lower reservoir, place the filter holder on top add your coffee and close the top. I like a lot of whole milk in my coffee so I put just a little less ice than it calls for and press the start button. Once the brewing is complete add whatever amendments that make you happy and you are ready to put the top on and enjoy. Cleanup is easy too and it doesn't take up much counter space. I hope you enjoy this as much as I have.

First off, this is better than anything you can buy off the shelves in the local store. Nothing canned nor bottled compares. Oh, and this is much cheaper than "Coffee" store bought. If you are going to a "coffee house" to buy these, plan on saving a ton of time and money. No longer waiting in line for 30 minutes to get a drink that takes 5 minutes to order and costs way more than it should. Don't be dismayed at the feel of the machine. It does not look like much. But you get tremendous results. The flavor of the drinks are great, and you get to control how much flavoring you add. It does take a little practice to get it just right. Also, you will need a black marker to write on your own cup. Feel free to yell "Bueller" a few times before calling out your own name. The only issue I have, I would have like the feel of the maker to be equivalent to the results that come out. The plastic does feel very much like plastic. Looks are deceiving, results are what matter. I highly recommend. It will pay for itself in about a week, even if you only go to a "Coffee House" a couple times a week.

The Mr. Coffee Single Serve Iced Coffeemaker is a really "cool" way to enjoy a tasty Iced coffee. The setup comes complete with the simple to use maker and the 4 cup tumbler and heavy duty straw. Both of which are dishwasher safe. The unit has the full sized basket marked for the proper amount of coffee. I recommend adding a little more compensating for the ice you will use. What I like best is that the Mr. Coffee Single Serve Iced Coffeemaker is economically priced for what ya get and can save a lot of money this summer. I love that you can flavor your coffee as you like it, and change it up as your mood changes. I'm not so sure about the "rapid chill" tech but I'm happy with the end result. Worth the price for sure, the Mr. Coffee Single Serve Iced Coffeemaker is gonna get a work out this summer. Cheers!

Straight forward. Easy to use. It is basically just strong coffee poured slowly over ice. It is immediately cold and ready to drink.

I love the compact size. I like that the cup comes with it. But I don't care for this ice coffee maker. I don't like the taste. It's too watered down for me. I'm not sure if it's the recommended amount of ice or what. Sorry but I can't rate more than two stars.

It doesn't produce an actual iced coffee - it melts the ice instead of simply brewing it over the ice. Either way, it makes an OK coffee, but wasn't what I expected.

Got one of these end of Feb it does make a really nice iced coffee was impressed how it turned out down side like I said got my machine end of Feb and on April 12 it had already broke so not even 2months old and quite working had contacted Mr coffee and now they have even stopped replying so for 30 dollors not worth it
