This is one of my girlfriends favorite movies! I surprised her with it the other day, and we loved the quality of this blu-ray!

VCR!! Kids loved this but not as much as we did! It is an amazing movie with so many learning points hidden throughout.

Cute and entertaining film for children. This film also has some great messages for kids. It helps them learn they can do anything in life that they put your mind and effort into, and to be your self not who everyone else tells you or wants you to be. It also helps them understand that somtimes we loose some one close to us but that it's ok and to remember all the good times we had with that person and to remember all the things we've learned from them as well.

This is one of those movies where you put aside your cynicism and expectations to just enjoy the film. It is on par with the Gene Wilder version of Charley and the Chocolate factory in that it doesn't take itself too seriously and just has fun with the concept. Dustin Hoffman's take on Mr. Magorium is a wonderful performance of an actor who is secure in his skills and just goes with it. A great way of looking at the world and all its mysteries.

Everyone compares Mr. Magorium to Willy Wonka and his candy factory. I guess the comparisons are not unfair, but the Wonder Emporium is a great light hearted fantasy for kids and very enjoyable for adults as well. Dustin Hoffman as Magorium gives a wonderful performance as the eccentric toymaker.

Watch as the aged caretaker of this special toy shop tries to show his apprentice the importance of this special wonderful toy shop and how she must take it over when he is gone before all the shops magic is gone. No digital copy.

After seeing this movie on television, I was happy to pick it up at Best Buy for a few dollars. It's a cute movie that is suitable for my family and I to watch any time! Great actors, movie line, and music. Great buy!

I bought several older movies for my lil Crumb Snatchers could watch on a summer trip. They LOVED them! Especially this one! Good for all ages 11yrs to 5yrs
