I purchased an MSI G63 Stealth 010 gaming laptop on August 16, 2018. I have been nothing less than ecstatic with this purchase. First. Let me tell you that I was, for the longest time, an extreme hater of laptop computers. Everyone I knew that had purchased one always felt let down as the machines developed many problems soon after they bought them. Also, this is the second laptop that I have purchased. My first one was a Toshiba that I purchased from one of Best Buy’s competitors. It was purchased at least over a year old, so I got it very cheap. It turns out cheap is the perfect word. Don’t get me wrong, it still works, but nowhere near as fast as when I got it. So, after that purchase it was really difficult to part with $1500 bucks to buy this MSI unit. I will never really know the true power of this G63 Stealth unit because I am not a gamer. I purchased it to help me finish up my second master’s degree. I am running lots of analytical software on it, along with the other staples that go with education (Microsoft Office 365, among others). I am very impressed and very pleased with this unit. I have had no problems to speak of, and am very happy with the speed of the laptop. It starts up in a snap, opens web-pages like lightning, and handles all of my analytical inquiries flawlessly. The wireless connection is excellent, I have never been dropped. I had some difficulty with setup, as I am not a computer guru, but seem to have adapted fine (if anyone has any tips or recommendations they would be greatly welcome). I know it has only been one month but I feel that this unit is going to easily stand up to the rigors that I am going to throw at it. I am extremely pleased that I purchased this MSI unit and would definitely recommend it to others.

I am not a laptop person, but I had been thinking about replacing my desktop. I started doing research since I was looking for a gaming laptop that is slim, lightweight, reliable, decently priced, and most importantly can somewhat replace my desktop. There was nothing that came close to the MSI GS63 stealth -010. I was so surprised how light and thin this thing is and extremely well made. I also got a pretty decent deal from bestbuy. I highly recommend this product.

The MSI Gaming Computer performs like a champ. It is fast, looks sharp, though it is a little pricey.

I bought this laptop to produce music, for my home studio. I was looking for a powerful computer. with an i7 CPU, 16GB Ram, GTE1060 ti at a very reasonable price. I looked at several computer such as Asus, Alienware, Lenovo with same specs and this computer has the most value with power I need. very fast response and the RGB lighting on the keyboard adds class to this very sleek laptop. Highly recommended if you want a power full laptop at an awesome price.

I purchased 3 gaming laptops at one time to put them to the test and see which one would work best for me. A budget one(Lenovo Legion Y520) for 950, this one, and an Asus ROG GU501GM gaming laptop. I was looking for a couple things: ease of mobility since I would have in my backpack all day, minimal lag when running multiple programs at once since I’ll be gaming and doing work projects, loudness of fans when playing my games, temperature when playing, comfortability when typing, storage space(expandable or not), and design. This computer hit most of them except the loudness of fans, and the temperature. It was so loud and I wS surprised because my friend has an MSI laptop and his didn’t get that loud and his is an older model. The temp was also so high I could barely touch it, and the first thing I did was download destiny 2 and play for 5 minutes(barely). Even the Lenovo one surprisingly didn’t have that problem but I just didn’t like the tacky red look. In the end I went with the ASUS because of those issues and the design was pretty nice too, they gave me a free call of duty black ops 4 game from purchase so that was another perk...can’t say much about battery life since on gaming laptops you can’t expect much of it is not plugged in, maybe 2 hours it light gaming

This laptop is loaded with a great CPu and graphics card and can run most of what you throw at it. It has great boot times with the ssd and the terabyte hard drive gives you all the storage you need for games. It also comes with 16 Gbs of ram and is upgradable to 32 Gbs. It does have a light up keyboard but does not offer individual key customization it does have very nice preset colors. Overall this is a beast of a entry level laptop. For the price it does what it needs to do. Dont expect to have the best setting but it will give you a great experience in almost all game. The only problem i have with this laptop is the battery life. As i was just downloading the games it would only last one or two hours. Overall this is a great buy for your first gaming laptop.

Light weight and fast. Can run the newest games on maxed out graphics without losing framing rate.

Great laptop with awesome graphics. The CPU does get hot under load but the fans help take care of that. The GPU is powerful enough still to run most AAA games at around 60-100 fps with max settings. If you were to take a couple down it would be even faster. Also, this laptop works great for productivity. I haven't had any issues and have been able to get around hours of battery life.

I cannot be happier with my purchase. My recent computer was a Mac Book Pro and was out of date and I was in need of a new computer. After purchasing my Mac I found a lot of games were not supported so I became a console gamer. Now with my new purchase I'm finally back on the PC gaming scene. Other than the fans being some what noisy I could not have asked for a better gaming PC for the price. Def worth the money.

I’ve had this laptop for 2 years now. it’s been as fast as it was on day 1. Mainly use it for Work/ School but game on it from time to time. A gem of a machine. i’ve had no problems with it. The only minor inconvenience is the fans going crazy without using it to full capacity. Even with light use it dramatically gets loud. Other than that, it’s been great

So far from my experience with this laptop is that it’s fast an if you need work school an gaming in one machine this is the lapto to get great buy worth every penny

The laptop has been great so far. I was undecided between this and the new Razer laptop (which is $300 more) and I'm very glad I got this one instead! It has been used to create and control a music activated lighting system and it never let me down once. Also great speed for gaming and any other graphic-heavy application. Added bonus, the weight is not excessive to carry it around anywhere. Great job msi!

I am a long time gamer that usually used gaming desktops and this is my first gaming laptop. Great decision and really happy with laptop. Blazing fast and games look great. Would have rather had a 1080 or 1070 but price difference just couldn't be justified. Keyboard is great and being able to customize the color of the keys is a really great feature once you figure it out. Overall very happy with it.

Recently purchased this due to problems with my old computer, love the light up keyboard. Easy to use, and definitely A beautiful graphics when gaming. Although I did have trouble configuring the keyboard to light up rainbow and stay that way but nothing by a few youtube videos couldn't help. Would definitely recommend this for Gamers, or someone wanting a gaming laptop.

I think it is a good quality and it has strong performance. It's my first time to buy the laptop. And I think it can help me deal with my daily issue both in study and work. And it more cheaper than it in my hometown. I like the keyboard and the screen. Also the sound box is great. It is worthwhile I think.

I bought this computer after planning on getting a less expensive model. It is the first gaming style laptop that I have purchased. I have to say the speed is fantastic and the graphics are great. I downloaded Splinter Cell Blacklist and even though it is an older game, I thought the graphics were great. The styling of the laptop is great too. Very happy so far with the purchase.

Purchased this laptop with the intention of using it as a back-up gaming device while traveling and for Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator. It runs very well, with Anthem on max settings with no issues. The fans can get a little loud, but I don't often notice. (Others do) The keyboard is amazing, the Steelseries feels very nice and the customizable colors are enjoyable.

I love my laptop, it’s fast, the graphics are awesome. The speakers are adequate, not the greatest. It can get hot so recommend a cooling fan. Overall i am very pleased

Gaming programs aren't the only thing that requires boosted graphics and high end memory and RAM. These MSI systems are my go to purchase for work for AutoCad users that your standard business machines are inadequately designed to handle. Excellent machines and more than up to the rigorous demands required by our programs. Will definitely be purchasing more of these!
