The laptop is light @ 4 pounds. It boots up quickly and has a nice display. Some of the other reviewers mentioned the laptop gets rather warm. It is actually too warm to leave on your lap, it heats up quickly. I think that is trade off for having a lighter gaming laptop. Overall I am happy with the purchase.

I have had a super old ThinkPad all throughout college and planned on getting a Lenovo laptop. But looking at the recent reviews for Lenovo, their laptops didn't meet my needs. I decided to go with this laptop and its been a great decision. I have windows and Ubuntu dual booted on this computer and it runs great on both operating systems. I have ran simulation software on windows and it's handled it great. I've ran ROS on Ubuntu and it's also fantastic. All around powerful laptop capable of doing everything I want it to do. The colorful keys are an added plus. Im very pleased all around with this laptop.

Excellent Product, have enjoyed using it for my gaming and entertainment needs as well as work related purposes. It has a beautiful Design and i love how compact it is.

I am amazed at how beautiful the graphics are and how smooth the textures are on Fortnite with this laptop. Smooth game play and very well pleased with my purchase. Compared to a G7 I had bought it leaves the G7trailing in performance and well pretty much everything.

I purchased this laptop for Flight Simulation using both Microsoft and XPlane products. I am an instrument rated private pilot and use these software programs to practice many of the instrument approaches into airports in which I am unfamiliar prior to flying in my Cessna 172. I am extremely satisfied with the graphical display and refresh rates of this laptop. There is no lag times and I have set the graphics to maximum display on the simulator. Would definitely recommend this laptop.

This is the first computer in this class that I have purchased. After looking at the Dell and Alienware the MSI became the clear choice. Comparing it to comparable models with the same specs the MSI stood out with its thin design and aluminum case. I have just began to use it and found it to be very easy to get up and running. I was referred to MSI by my graphics guy who couldn't say enough good things about MSI so that pretty much sealed the deal for me. Best Buy had the machine that I was looking for at the best Price. Its a Win Win for me....Best machine for the Best Price. Couldn't be happier

Love this laptop so far! It’s got everything and it’s always super fast. The trackpad can get a little annoying when your typing as if moves the cursor around alot and the laptop can also lag a little if not plugged in when gaming. Other than that, super fast and easy to use. Very lightweight!

Since purchasing this laptop, I wake up every day with a smile on my face and joy in my heart knowing I can play my most graphically demanding pc games at full quality. The aluminum casing makes it incredibly durable; I am fully convinced this laptop will last a decade, easy. I could go on forever about what makes this laptop worth a five star review, or you could just buy it and experience the ecstasy that is the GS63 Stealth for yourself lol

This laptop is very portable and powerful. Good price compared to the Razer Blade since the base model is about $200 more than this. Better specs and really good .

I bought the msi gs3 stealth-010 almost a month ago and I liked it a lot, the battery in normal use lasted me about 4 hours and in games or at least those that I play that are left 4 dead 2, doom, bioshock etc, about 1 hour and a half , all in high 1080p, the audio of the speakers is not excellent but it is good to be a laptop so thin, I liked the bluethoot, because in my case my room is small and having so many cables is very disastrous, the keyboard heats up a bit but it is not annoying to play for a long time, personally I think that for the price you pay it is worth this laptop

The laptop runs fairly well with medium settings on most games. HOWEVER, this thing runs HOT and the fans sound like a hairdryer. For just normal activity its fine and silent.

My daughter talked me into buying this computer. No regrets taking her advice. Computer is lighter weight and has more power than I’ll probably use!

I believe that this laptop is the prefect balance between performance, portability, and price. I'm a power user and I'm tired of carrying around large gaming laptops just to get the performance that I want. It takes me a long time to choose a laptop but I was looking for something that had a 6-core CPU, an aluminium chassis, a decent screen, and was light enough to transport without much fuss. This laptop accomplishes all of that at a price that was significantly less than other laptops or equal or lower spec. I upgraded the primary drive to a Samsung NVMe drive, secondary SSD, cleaned and applied GELID thermal paste on the CPU and GPU, and undervolted the CPU to -.160 with ThrottleStop. It is now able to boost on all cores and sustain 3.4 to 3.5GHz and battery life is well over 5 hours, which is acceptable to me given the performance level. This laptop absolutely screams, Windows installed in approximately 5 minutes. General boot up and opening applications is faster than my Ryzen 7 desktop. I'm impressed. The keyboard is responsive and feels good typing (I didn't have to get used to it). I like how you can change the backlight color of each key individually. The one thing I wish this laptop had was a touch screen. A 4k display would have been nice, but it's really unnecessary and borderline unusable on a 15 inch laptop anyway (windows scaling is terrible). It's just personal preference. Another thing to consider is that in order to upgrade the M.2 SSD, you will need to completely remove the motherboard from the chassis. It's not difficult, just takes a little time to ensure everything is done right. This laptop has a 3 fan cooling setup, which is impressive given its size. This is a really good laptop for those who are looking for power but want portability. I don't game much, but this laptop should do fine with games on the 1080p screen with the GTX 1060. There is a Thunderbolt 3 port with 4 lanes so an external GPU should work nicely. I can't comment on how one works because I'm still researching the one that I want to buy. I mainly write code so from a productivity standpoint this laptop, once again, has surprised me. I'm used to working on a 40 inch 4k monitor and I am comfortable using this laptop for coding, etc. I really am enjoying this laptop and I am glad I bought this over a larger and more expensive ($2300) ASUS laptop. My final verdict is that this is definitely a laptop worth considering if you are looking for the right balance between power, performance, and portability. I'm still thrilled with price, it was definitely a good buy.

This is a fantastic Laptop for wonderful graphics and graphic card for the price. For what it is the weight is not bad. The screen is wonderful. Multiple USB and other ports. If you are into gaming or graphics and not wanting to spend your life's savings look at this computer and other from MSI. Only thing I hate is all the pre-loaded software. But that is easy to remove and if you want a specific Anti Virus have Best Buy Load it on for you. From Browsing the Web to playing games you can not beat the price or the performance.

By far the best laptop I have ever purchased. I recently owned a Razer laptop, that I had to return because it had heating issues and was on search for a new laptop before school started. So I was looking around and found this was by far the best bang for your buck if you're into gaming while trying to get your education level up. I play heavy games as well, such as WoW, Streetfighter 5, Marvel, Counterstrike, Fortnite, etc. Super hyped about my new laptop, used my student discount code as well to get the additional % off, well worth it.
