Got this during a great sale! Really solid specs. I would really love to give this laptop 5 stars but I can't. Maybe it was bad luck that I had to return the first one I bought due to a faulty wireless card but about a year later the replacement required a new motherboard (laptop would not charge). I always use a laptop cooler as well. Prior to that and since, it has ran like a champ. But it may have been bad luck...I originally bought 2 of these, one for me and one for my wife. Her laptop has had zero issues. If I was rating based off her laptop it would get 5 stars. Honestly, even with the issues, it been really good.

Pros Ram and processor make tasking and gaming a breeze. Msi is a great bang for your buck compared to Asus and Razer. Cons No 1tb hard drive

I got this laptop during Black Friday for about $500 less than the usual price. For the same specs, it is near impossible to find an equivalent for the same price. While it is a great laptop, there are some disappointments. The battery seems to die rather quick (lasts me about 5 hours, even though there is nothing demanding being done on it. I've tried optimizing battery performance, and followed all the recommended steps, but to no avail. Another major issue I've had is the problem with drivers. It doesn't seem like updated drivers are provided. This also seems to be an ongoing complaint to MSI by other users. If neither of these issues bother you, then I highly recommend the laptop.

This laptop runs everything amazingly well. I've thrown every game I can think of, including Resident Evil 2, Path of Exile, Call of Duty, and more. It runs every amazingly well with it's RTX 2060 and the 32GB of ram is super nice for productivity. The screen is plenty bright and pretty color accurate for the standard consumer. It's extremely thin, super light for what's in it, and has pretty good battery life. I would highly recommend this to almost anybody!

Very happy with this laptop. It was my first MSI so I was a little nervous, but I am glad I purchased it. Battery life is surprisingly good when not gaming. The looks are sharp and sleek, and not over the top like some gaming laptops. For negatives it is a fingerprint magnet and it can put out some serious heat when pushed, but what can you expect otherwise with these kind of specs. Not a single crash after a couple weeks of serious gaming on it.

So this is the first day I have had it and I will probably end up updating this as I use it more. So, so far I really like this laptop. it ran The Forest really well, seems pretty fast for the most part. Con, it got REALLY hot for the short amount of time I played (30 minutes, give or take). The sound quality really isn’t all that great either, especially for the price I paid for this product. It has great resolution, the picture is BEAUTIFUL!!!

Performance is great! Fans can get a little noisie when they ramp up, but thermals are good.

Got this a couple of months ago. I have tested many different game types. Heat can be an issue running Extensive graphics. But if you limit the frame rate to 60 FPS. Then it runs at around 56 to 60 degrees. Would recommend having the ssd upgrade. It has 2 slots but in order to add a second drive you have to remove the motherboard. Not recommended for inexperienced users.
