Wanted a basic gaming laptop and this was perfect. Price was just right.

Naturally with a laptop or new computer, longevity is what really counts and how it manages new larger files, apps and programs. So far this unit is performing well, but time will only tell.

This is an excellent laptop. I researched for a good year before getting this. for whats out there this is the best medium priced laptop. It has a lot of room to grow, is fast and does not get hot. My last laptop was purchased in 2007 it was a gaming PC also,but got very hot . I recommend this gaming laptop even if you don't play games because it will last long and you will get more years out of it than a regular one. well worth the money!

Great laptop, decent specs, only downside is the battery life and the weight of it. But other than that it’s a great buy!

The size of the display is great, the speed and performance are outstanding. The ability to upgrade both the RAM (to 32 GB) and and both Hard Disks (to 2TB SSD) and the VR ready 1060 video card make this a high powered device for years to come. The installed 128 GB SSD/1 TB 16GB RAM 1060 VR config are a fantastic value for the money. The multiple ports provide support for many peripherals and multiple external monitors (2 USB-3 slots, 1 USB-2 slot, 1 USB-C slot, SD card, RJ45, HDMI, mini-dv)

I was at an industry conference. The local WiFi was horrible and I could not connect to our registration server to collect leads. After an hour of quick scrambling, I virtualized three servers, attached a OOB WAP and began accepting connections to a private intranet hosting the web server. Tragedy averted, like a boss. Story summary, this beast will handle anything that you throw at it. Perhaps more.

Thanks to HP shipping me another dead on arrival Omen Laptop, I decided to make a trip to Best Buy for the MSI. Worked perfectly right out of the box. Quite impressed by it's speed, how well it cools, even under a heavy load, and the software to tweak everything is top notch. Would buy an MSI laptop again (But NEVER another HP) and would recommend this product to any gamer/student or parent of.

This laptop rocks. Nothing slows it down. If you need a laptop for gaming this is it.

Runs all the games i want to play. Touchpad doesnt work so great, randomly behaves in odd ways. Sometimes after waking up from sleep, haves trouble connecting to internet and needs restart.

This has been the best laptop I have ever owned. Great picture, sound, and runs games like H1Z1 and CSGO while running OBS and Streamong in the background.

This MSI is my second laptop. My first gaming laptop lasted for 10 yerars (I know I know, I am a little sentimental about it lol). Anyway, this was recommended to me by a very helpful Best Buy employee. I said I wanted a gaming laptop that does not look too manly, bulky, and has wide screen. the specs shown above does not lie, this laptop is definitely one of the bests!

This computer has all the best features; thumb lock, touch screen fast ram, large memory, tablet format, excellent graphics and more.

This was my favorite gaming laptop. The OS loaded from the SSD so it would boot up really fast. It also handled games like a champ. Too bad Best Buy does not repair them in house, they only exchange. They didn't have any in stock when the fan in it went bad and I had to select a different brand they had available.

Great gaming comp for the price. Runs a little hot and lacks 120hz refresh rate.

I purchased this laptop with the hours of playing my play anywhere games on vacation. Works great but on battery just surfing the web or doing word processing, battery life sucks

I'm in the sign business, using a laptop to design graphics and such can be a pain when it comes to trying to receive and send large files. Not with this one though. It's faster than any desktop and it has just as much memory. I'm able to take my work with me and not sacrifice quality or speed at. Great purchase.
