It did work out quite well in the beginning but within a year we received a full refund and decide to build our own. Received full refund because issues couldn’t be resolved by Geek Squad. My advice purchase the warranty.

Still learning about how much hard rice space I can have for games. And how many games I can have. Getting used to keyboard and mouse is tough but worth it when I can upgrade components and still have a solid computer

The pc is a really beefy computer but the one issue is the cpu fan is really weak. If you do this I recommend buying a 360mm liquid cooling to put on the top part of the pc. A good brand is corsair for it.

Started right up out of the box and no added bloatware. Runs games flawlessly at 100+ FPS on very high and ultra fidelities. Plays VR like half life Alyx on High fidelity and looks great.

Its big, looks awesome, and runs quiet. It just doesn't play video games. Or render my big videos. It constantly BSOD and over heats. While playing warzone on LOWEST possible settings, still 100C degrees on CPU. Going to return it and again and just build my own PC as usual.

I bought a prebuilt because I am still a novice with how everything in a computer runs. I was quite excited to buy this one as I thought the specs looked good with the 2070 GeForce and the 1 TB SSD. It came when expected and I was very excited when inspecting it. One of the cords came unplugged in the trip to my house, no biggie plugged it back in. Trying to Boot it up, is where I ran into trouble as every time it booted straight to BIOS. It took me a couple days to figure out as searching the web for my issue was not providing much luck. Reseating the RAM did nothing. I decided I was going to just return it if I couldn’t find the issue. Luckily I called my brothers old college roommate before I returned it and after a two hour call we finally found the issue. Somewhere along the line of Manufacture, Transportation, and Set Up the SSD had been knocked out of place. I only found this out by accident, after I felt behind the GPU. I felt rather irritated with the issue as I think that meant it was created rather haphazardly. However ever since the issue the computer has ran great, it does not vent out heat very well, but I never play for longer than a couple hours at a time. My initial experience is cause to my low review but after fixing the error it came with it now runs great and I very much like the product.

Love the size and the quality build will recommend to anyone that like to start in gaming and design!!!

Wanted to build one but this was a way more affordable option and is a great power house. only thing I have upgraded so far was the 16gb of ram

The only complaint is that the stock fan it comes with cant handle overclocking. I recommended buying a cooler master cpu fan to replace it

I love my new computer. The games I play run smooth as silk on ultra settings. Everything loads super quick and the fans are very quiet.

Bought this for my gamer daughter and now she can keep up with the serious gamers she plays with. Easy set up great quality

Overheating problem. Took it back they ordered me another one and same problem. CPU reaches temps of 80-90 just browsing the Internet. When I took it back they said “ life will give you lemons” kinda a joke if you ask me.
