Upset when I found out it wasnt the Nvideo Card as advertised

Ordered it online. When it finally got here, it had no hard drive. Tried taking to my local store to resolve the issue, they said I had to mail it back. When I mailed it back, they just refunded my money. Now I still don't have a computer.

I didnt want to build and this was a great built option plus the extras too

Have never had issues purchasing pre-built PCs online before, and was excited to get this beast and start it up. Everything worked fine for near a month, with the exception of high CPU heating. That is until a month later, with some auto-updater installed ( I didn't catch what it was exactly, though I suspect it's Windows 10 related), but afterwards, it has systematically locked me out when it boots to login screen, it no longer recognizes mouse/keyboard. I'm locked out of BIOS, and have been searching web and Manufacturer for guidance and help, but trying to connect with their customer service is like trying to find 'Where's Waldo'. I'm HIGHLY LIT at the unprofessionalism and lack of quality control associated with the price I paid for, and that Best Buy is participating in pumping out garbage to the masses.

When I opened I opened up the box it started off pretty standard. Keyboard, foam, mouse, etc. Then I finally got to the pc. I took it out of the bag it was in and started taking off the tempered glass panel to remove the protective foam on the inside. the second I finished unscrewing the last screw, all in an instant, the glass completely exploded. everywhere. This isn't even the best part. Since the glass isn't necessary to start the computer with PRE-INSTALLED Windows, I hook it up and turn it on. Bios screen appears and I'm greeted by a short sentence saying I need to insert the boot device. I check the box again and find two CDs. Problem is, there's no CD ROM. For almost $1,500 I would expect a bit more competence from the packagers.

I bought this a week ago and spent hours trying to get it to work to no avail. It wouldn’t communicate with any of my three monitors. I took it in to Best Buy and they couldn’t get it to work either. I ordered another and it came in the mail today. I can’t get it to work at all either. Returning it to the store and I’m done with MSI as a brand.

Worked fine for 3 months and then the graphics card keeps crashing whenever I run a game. It's now just a computer and no longer a gaming computer as I can't play any games on it.

I bought this computer and it ran great for two months and then I ran into the bios screen. Constantly stuck in bios with no recognizable drive. I had to ship it back to manufacture.

pc is over heating after only 30 days. would another brand if i good start over

2 months..... Only 2 months and already stuck rebooting constantly. No virus, no overheating, just keeps rebooting. I’m calling it in now and I’ll let you all know if I have any luck. @ $2000, so far I’ve got a whole $1000 a month of use.

After two-three weeks of flawless gaming, it just suddenly didn't want to connect to the monitor. MSI needs to fix this after reading other reviews. Returned the product and purchased an iBuyPower desktop, I hope it will turn out better!
