Best viy is selling these as new when in reality they have been retrned with broken parts amd resold as new with brojem parts. Go somehwere else to purchae this!!! Biy at your own risk. Returned.

Wouldn’t boot up right out of the box. Even when I connect the power wires that were not connect from factory. Returned

-Very good for it's price -Looks amazing -Functions very well -It's Quiet This PC has worked out extremely well for me. I can play Minecraft with any amount of mods at 64 render with shaders as well and still get 60+fps. Haven't had a game I couldn't play yet. It looks amazing with the ability to change the colors of the water cooler and fans. Ran smoothly right out of the box. Plus having a 1tb storage is plenty of space for a lot of different games.

Bought this PC 4 months ago.. Best purchase I could have done for gaming. Runs so smooth, everything boots up super quick. Love this PC all around. Everything is easy to access also.

Had this system for a month now and couldn't be happier with it. Runs nice and cool except when I ran one game on it called Metro. It handled the graphics beautifully but turned into a little heater. But it did the same to the system I had before to. Must be something up with that game.

It was great while it worked. About a month after owning it, I would put it in sleep mode and when I went to wake it up it would fail to power on monitor, KB, or mouse. It took a hard off, a rocker switch shut down, and an unplug for a moment or two, and then, usually it would come back. It progressively got worse until today when it just would not recover. Brought it in and told "it's done". I asked about just replacing the GPU and was told "No way would I do that with the cost of this system, plus how old it is". Went a different way. Actually, advised to not order from Best Buy any longer as "too many issues are being seen in these premade devices right now" and until they're resolved to maybe look elsewhere for a little bit.

MSI made me pay over 200 dollars in shipping costs to repalce the graphics card that died after using the pc a week. Now it constantly crashes, avoid this disaster of system and save yourself the headaches.
