This computer constantly froze, multiple calls and actions taken with MSI support did not fix the freezing issue. Computer ran very hot all the time.

i got 2 of these. returned both. the case has no airflow and the cpu cooler didnt work. both pcs cpu hit over 100 degrees C. stay away.

Pc crashed every 30 min of gaming and cpu got way to hot!

Wasted an entire weekend trying to fix stupid stuff like the time and date wouldn't update to the right time and could be overridden despite resetting to factory settings and starting over 4 times. Also was acting out with multi screen set up. Returned and bought and Asus which is performing great.

Mine had a defective liquid cooler, which from what I've read online isn't uncommon for this build. Also had an issue with the motherboard. Probably best to avoid. Thank goodness I bought the Best Buy extended warranty!

I’ve had this PC since 2020 now and its still holding up perfect! It can run even all the new games at maximum settings. Doesn’t make a lot of noise either. I do recommend switching out that cpu fan cooler and putting in a new one though. It was running super hot and noisy with the stock ones.

I hade this for just 3 days and now it turns on and won’t show any signal on my monitor and it turned on and off just once I had to return it hoping the next one I get is better then this

Great at first, then pump went bad after a few months and after that nothing but problems! Definitely will be returning this very soon!

My review would be 5 stars, but for the fact the computer can ruin quite hot under load. Research and contact with MSI tech support suggested that I install a 140 MM fan on the inside top opening of the case installed to exhaust out of the top and rear openings. After doing so the temps under load are much lower. As for the system in general, I am impressed with fit, finish packing, the high end MSI parts used to build the computer. It runs quietly and have had no problems so far. Purchased Corsair Vengeance 32 Gig (2 x 16) ram upgrade reated at 3200 Mhz. You need to go into the bios and turn on XMP. It runs perfectly at 3000 MHz The Nvidia GTX 2080 Super 8 Gig video card makes MSFS 2020 a joy to play. Finally, the included MSI mouse and keyboard are sturdy and well made and should last for many years to come. The keyboard and mouse are RGB, Keyboard is sealed membrane top and is waterproof. Got the last one at the last instore unit. I am very impressed with the packing and quality wire and parts installation.

Everything was great except for the CPU cooler. It was running my temps at above 90+ for triple a games. Simply went back to best buy and purchased a $40 CPU liquid cooler with a radiator and hooked it up. Now my temps don't exceed 75-80C and the unit is running great. I also noticed that the MSI version of the 2080S is superior to others, great work MSI.

The reason I put semi major issue on this review is because it isn't a super expensive issue, but it most likely has to be done. This PC is an amazing product for its value, however, MSI was not smart in the choice of cooling system of this pre-built, specifically the CPU cooler. Any game that is CPU intensive will bring the core temperature up astronomically. I have played Warzone and Fortnite with CPU temperatures rising up to 85-95C. This is honestly pretty ridiculous considering it is borderline to the boiling point of water at 100C. Everything else in this system is amazing for the value, the 2080 super, i79700kf, 1tb ssd (low-mid quality), and the z390 motherboard provide plenty of power to handle todays titles, but the cooling system is an absolute useless piece for the power of this console. If purchased, be ready to spend another $150 on a new fan because this one will not do anything and fry your CPU if you blindly play on it like most will. Ordering my new cooler soon and if there is a big difference I will add onto this review.
