This is my first gaming computer. Would highly recommend to beginners that are starting out.

the machine is working great have had no issues with the speed runs quietly. i wish i would have had a second hard drive installed to save my data on which i will do before long. I haven't had it verry long but i would recommend it to anyone who wants a fast PC.

Easy set-up, performance is better than expected GPU and CPU for business use. Looks great next to my two new MSI Optix 27" LED curved.

I purchased the computer in June 2022, after 5 months the computer overheats and shuts off. System has no modifications, all fans work and all dust has been vacuumed off. I have 5 kids and 5 gaming PCs this is the only one that has this issue. Waiting to see resolution from either Best Buy or MSI, 5 months for a PC is not acceptable, I would not buy another MSI unless they replace this or resolve the issue timely as we are down a PC.

Awesome computer. Seems to run everything very well. Because I previously had a desktop and had all of the wires ran, I was able to set this up in 5 minutes. I removed it from the box, looked up a tutorial on how to remove the glass panel, and had it going. P.S. There are no screws directly on the glass panel. You have to SLIDE the panel. Took me a minute to figure that out. I also undid the thumb screws first, but not sure that's a necessity. Make sure to plug your monitor into the sidways strip towards the bottom. That's the graphics card and will allow you to run one. If you want 2 monitors (like me) you'll either need one of them to be a DisplayPort output or you'll need a DisplayPort to HDMI adapter like https://www.bestbuy.com/site/insignia-displayport-to-hdmi-adapter-black/6471859.p?skuId=6471859

Same as now several other people. At the 4-5 month mark I'm getting CPU overheating issues. Waiting on MSI tech support to fix this. Hopefully they have a quick resolution at this time, but looks like this product has a systematic issue with cooling. Looks like they no longer sell it, so... good I guess

Ok, I wanted a fast computer. I got this MSI Aegis for gaming. It's so fast and the games looks so great. Not a lot of cash for what you get. You be happy with this one!

Computer very fast, will need a bigger hard drive , and possibly upgrade to a 240 AIO cpu cooler

replaced the cyber power with this and I am very pleases with the performance

i thought this computer was amazing but you can't play valorent because it doesn't have some module and then only after 8 months it started having issues then finally died. waiting to see if it can be saved

I was really excited with this new MSI Aegis ZS gaming desktop computer with the AMD Ryzen processor and R&5800X series graphics. I was expecting really solid and reliable gaming experience and so far, I have not been let down. The AMD powered MSI Aegis ZS provided a lot of power in my gaming and other desktop practices. Out of the box the computer appeared to be well built and I love the tempered glass side panel that lets you see inside. I had difficulty at first with getting anything on the screen because I unfortunately had connected my monitor to the wrong plug. But once I had that corrected, I was surprised at the speed this booted up and uploaded and was ready to be used. The design is really beautiful, with the RGB color lighting. There is a dedicated LED button on the top of the computer that allows different colors to be showcased. The lighting is so colorful because the fans are all beautifully lit when powered on. On the top there is a removable dust filter which I never new existed (this is my first time using a MSI gaming computer). The dust filter was not loud at all and I was surprised at how quiet this computer was when powered on. Hardware wise, I was stunned at the speed. The FPS was amazing when playing FPS games like all of my Halo Master Chief series, Star Trek Online, Forza, and smaller easier games like TF2 and Minecraft with my kids. They were equally amazed at the load up speed and brightness. With the 1TB storage, I am left with a lot of room to download games for myself and children. Multiple monitor ports are in the back so if I wanted to connect other monitors I can easily connect up to 4. At this point in my gaming life (I am quite the novice), I don't think I would use that much right now. Despite the size of this thing and the weight, I am very pleased with this MSI Aegis ZS series, running Windows 11. The perfect gaming computer for us.

Bought this in may 2022. It is now March 2023 and it no longer works. The cpu repeatedly overheats causing the whole pc to crash. Highly I recommended I wasted $1800

Well worth the price. Quiet, fast and plays all of my games on highest settings with no issues.

Product ran flawlessly at first. Within the next 4 months (today), already running into fan/pump issues and PC nearing max temps under medium workload (watching videos while light gaming). Depending on MSI customer service response, will more than likely be returning this to best buy.

Great starting pc! Easy to set up runs all my games including warzone.

After 3 months, the PC started overheating and would crash. I have to pay to ship the "heavy" PC back to MSI for repair. Buy from a company that doesn't make you pay for something under warranty.
