Impressive - very well put together pre-build - Deserves a ten star when stacked up against the quality of other pre-builds. If the stats add up to a machine that works for you - highly consider this build.

So disappointed. I wanted to love this, but after using for three days, I’ve spent half the time just troubleshooting WiFi issues. This is the first PC I’ve had in about a decade, and I am blown away that in 2022, I am having to reset the network adapter settings and reboot everyday to get connected to the internet because the wifi adapter gets disabled and can’t be re-enabled. I’m aware there is probably a larger issue and when I get some time, I’ll troubleshoot and figure it out, I’m just disappointed that PCs still haven’t figured out how to work effortlessly for more than a day in a row.

DO NOT BUY THIS. I don't know what happened, but it was working fine for maybe two days, then just stopped working when i was in the middle of playing Stray (PC was on for about 2 hours total this day). Like completely turned off and would not turn back on. Additionally, this PC gets too hot and has lag on games (like Stray) that, for this price and build, should not be happening.

Didn’t even have it for two days and one of the cooling fans was clinking against something, took it back and got a replacement. We will see how this second one works out, depending on how this second one works I will change my review.

To start the first thing I noticed about this PC was just how well built it is. It is one beautiful piece of hardware. The design, panels, LED fans, attention to detail deserves from kudos just from its appearance. Ever since I had a job that required immaculate wire and cable management I have become a stickler for this. And Im glad to say that they nailed it here. I couldnt have done better if I had planned and done it myself. I was also pleasantly surprised to see it has 9 USB ports. No need for splitters or USB hubs. It also includes a very nice mouse and keyboard. Well built and adequate. Im sure most people that have previous gaming desktops will use what they already had, but the ones it comes with work great. Very tactile clicks, accurate movement with programmable buttons. I for one will be using the included keyboard and mouse. The initial set up was very fast. I am still getting use to Windows 11 but after a bit of use it has become easy to use. With the installed 1TB SSD this thing boots up ridiculously fast. And multi-tasking is a breeze. With only the very minor slowdown during heavy use the AMD Ryzen 7 and the installed 16gb of DDR4 Ram makes everything you do a snap. It has 4 fans and at first I thought during heavy use that when the fans ramp up it would be distracting. But I was pleasantly surprised. They not only keep everything nice and cool, but are very quiet as well. So using this as your main PC works great, and of course its main use is gaming. Obviously this PC's main use will be gaming. And it does this perfectly. My current most played game is Cyberpunk 2077. After a bunch of pretty major updates it runs and performs great. There are glitches and weird anomalies here and there, but this is definitely not the PC's fault. At maxed out settings everything ran like a charm, and passed some in game benchmarking tests like Borderlands 3 and Cyberpunk easily. I also played Red Dead Redemption 2 and WOW is this game still pretty several years later. The AMD Radeon RX 6700 XT graphics are a beauty to behold. You ever get to a point in a game where you just stop and appreciate what you are looking at? Well that happens a lot here for me. I know that one of the first things a lot of people do when they get a new gaming rig is to upgrade it. I may do some of that in the future, but for now I am very happy with its stock form. I didnt have any issues running Windows 11 or gaming that made me think anything was under powered or required an upgrade. The Wi-Fi is performs well and would work if thats all you had, but I decided a long time ago to run an ethernet cord under my house into my room so I would have a wired connection for all my devices. And this is no exception. The ethernet card is 10/100/1000 and with my current internet I get about 180mb/s. Not even close to Gigabit but Ive never considered it slow. So if you are either looking at getting into PC gaming, or have a PC thats getting a bit old this is a perfect option. You get top tier performance and components at a great price. And the beautiful case, lighting, and overall build quality is top notch. Highly recommended!

We purchased the computer in April. A blue screen keeps appearing and shutting down the computer. We’ve had it looked at numerous times and the issue is still present. We’ve also had the liquid cooling replaced. I wouldn’t recommend. We are now attempting to send back to manufacturing company for further assistance.

Was good for about 2 months after purchasing. Then CPU kept overheating. Had to be sent to geek squad repair center only to learn it was a “motherboard issue.” Maybe it was just the one I had but it was built poorly. I wouldn’t buy another MSI.
