After 1 month of minimal use of this PC I started getting Cpu overheating displays even when I would just turn it on. Also it tends to crash a lot and freeze. Would not recommend.

Avoid. The negative reviews exist for very good reason. Always something faulty with these pre-builts.

The rig comes in a beautiful and well-constructed case. The case is metal with a smoked glass removable side panel, on the top of the case there is a screen for proper ventilation, as well as the power button, LED lighting button and an assortment of USB plugs. The front of the case is made of half glass and half metal, through the smoked glass there are 3 fans that have LED lights, which can be customized to your liking.
The AMD Ryzen 7 5800x processor, is great for gaming. It’s efficient, it handles intense gaming operations, and it comes installed with a liquid cooling system. The liquid cooling system does a fantastic job at preventing things from overheating, this is a huge part of how well the rig performed while gaming. The thing that I did notice about the AMD processor is when doing other things around Windows, for example installing a program, or even general multitasking – it does fall behind in speed. It’s not too bad, but it is noticeable. The processor can be boosted up to 4.7GHz when needed. I like how this happens automatically without the need to run some overclocking software. MSI has a handy tool that can display the clock speeds as well as the ram usage so you know how well your processor is running.
The Graphics card is a beast. With the 12g DDR6 dedicated memory, the Radeon RX 6700xt is the perfect graphics card for even the most extreme game currently out. I loaded up the game Death Loop, switched everything to ultra settings and ran a benchmark, the game ran perfectly smooth at 165hz refresh rate at 1440p. I played for a little over 2hrs straight, and not a single tear, glitch, stutter or even lag occurred, the game ran perfect. Through the benchmark, I averaged 125.7 frames per sec. With the Radeon Software, you’re able to fine tune different settings for the performance enhancements. There is also a metrics tab which lets you see the performance of your system in real time, with detailed graphs. Lastly, there is an advisor tab that gives you incite on how your system is running and how to improve it.
The Wi-Fi card is good, but it’s last gen Wi-Fi 5…This specific PC model is using a Wireless AC card with speeds up to (433 Mbps), which isn’t bad, but it is last gen speeds. The actual speeds have differed for me, I have GB internet and my speeds only seemed to reach a max of 140Mbps when downloading games, and it’s located in the same room as my router. When I buy a new gaming rig, I’d expect to have the latest tech inside. Especially in today’s world where online is a huge part of gaming and the file sizes of games can reach up to 100+gigs to download – having the latest Wi-Fi card is essential in a gaming computer.
Overall, I really like this gaming rig. The case is made of great quality and looks awesome. The Radeon RX 6700xt graphics card is amazing, and it was able to handle everything I threw at it without a sweat. The AMD Ryzen 7 processor is great for gaming, having it liquid cooled makes it perform even better. The Wi-Fi is good, but I wish they would have included the latest gen Wi-Fi 6. The lack of info about the motherboard, or even the whole computer at that, is very frustrating. The instructions that come with it are how to plug it in and set it up, it includes nothing about upgrading, max ram, etc. I would love to know if I can add another M.2 for storage, but finding any info about this motherboard has been a struggle. Other than that, this rig displayed some very impressive numbers across the board, I would highly recommend this if you are looking for a new gaming rig.

I do not think I could build a better machine. MSI has done a fantastic job pairing all the parts to work seamlessly together. Some other systems you may see slower RAM, disk or some other shortcut to keep the cost down. Not here.
I ran the Passmark benchmarking test against the system and it scored in the mid 90 percentile, 95% was the highest. On average it was around a 94%.
I also added in some hard drives that I had in my old system. The cable management and layout of this case is spectacular. All the cables are run behind a partition to keep the front glass display pristine.
Additional cables are included with the system including power and SATA. The SATA even had a 90 degree connector on one of them.
On to real life performance. How does this sound?
Forza at max graphics...and flawless. Does not even make the system sweat.
Rocket League, opens in seconds and runs like a dream. My son has played and beat or at a minimum made some professional players sweat. He is good, but the hardware makes him even better. A lot can be said for having the correct tool for the job.
Minecraft, no lag at all ever. Rendering is not an issue no matter how far you zoom out.
FPS games with 3D audio makes it seem like you have an unfair advantage. Taking someone out based on sound not sight is a real rush.
This is simply a dream machine. I need a second just so I can have more time on it. Kids...hmmpf!
A few other awesome details. The keyboard is quite solid that comes with it. I am using my mechanical keyboard, but this will be a great fall back if I need a spare. I almost feel guilty using my old reliable the included keyboard is so nice.
The mouse has weights in it to adjust the weight. I love a heavier mouse so they won't come out. This is a great mouse in its own right and I thoroughly like it enough I keep switching between it and my other gaming mice. I have a few depending on which game is played. I feel like a golfer reaching for a hybrid club at times.
Anyhow, if you are on the fence. Jump off it and run to the checkout. This is a spectacular machine.

pc falls just short

I bought this pc as my first ever. All I can say is that if you are looking for an excellent PC to plug and play, this is not it, as the CPU cooler that comes with it is not made for the ryzen 7 5800x and can get your CPU temps much higher than needed. For the three months that I have had it, I have had 2 CPU overheats, so if you are going to. Still, with this PC, make sure you don't play too intensely and have some money saved (probably 150) to buy a new cooler for the CPU to get into a more intensive game and much more extended periods.
On the plus side, that is the only problem that this PC has, albeit a severe problem.
