Good PC, bad customer service from MSI.

Supposed to be a great PC, great specs and very nice looking case with good air airflow and excellent cable management. However, within days of purchase it started to get BSODs after hibernation/sleep mode. Debug shows PCI errors. Apparently not a commom issue with MSI, however when contacting their support they’re not as helpful as I would like. They will take multiple days to email a instructions for a single possible fix, and when that fails to fix the issue will take multiple days to respond with another potential fix. They have not been able to help and have stopped responding to me so I had to take the PC back to Best Buy for geek squad to handle. Overall it isnt a bad PC but the company’s customer support leaves some to be desired. Spend the extra money for geek squad coverage.

I’ve had it for a while now and it’s amazing. Runs flawlessly and doesn’t get hot either!!!

Overall is a great system for the money. I was happy with the i7-14700F as it's better for what I do than the Core Ultra series. Jury is still out on if the 5060 Ti will be able to delivery everything I need it to but so far so good.
Only downside is air cooled vs AIO but that is a straight forward upgrade in the future.

I got it when it was brand spanking new and when i took it out i remeber the glass panel being broken and a broken gpu called bestbuy, they said send it back to the store for repair and THEN i had to PAY 250$ FOR REPAIRS FOR SOMETHING I FID NOT DO, DONT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!!!!!
