MSI $3k down the drain

I don't normally write reviews, but this was one of the worst purchases we have made in our business. Over $3k and it never worked right. I exchanged it and the new one never worked right. The battery last maybe 12 minutes and over heats in 30 when plugged in. Major major issues. I also can't get ahold of anyone from MSI. The 888-447-6564, no ones ever answers and they don't return their messages. I won't ever buy a laptop for designers again. Desktop all the way. If MSI is reading this, please please return my message. I want to exchange this computer, but can no longer at Best Buy. I will pull this review if you call me to work something out.
