Nice computer, but no specs or quick guide

The computer worked well out of the box. However I was disappointed that there were NO materials explaining the computer. No instructions for start up. No technical data, No explanation of specific keys. NO manual.
I use the computer for Video editing of a Sunday Service and without any information on the settings or even how to complete the set-up, I'm thankful that this isn't my first computer.
