    I have had issues with the camera and the manufacturer has not responded to my inquiries. I opened Zoom for the first time a few months after buying it, after the Best Buy return date was up, and it said no camera was detected. Hours of updating bios and looking things up lead me to conclude I needed it repaired or replaced. I reached out to MSI and wanted their opinion, they never responded.

    I do not recommend it, very bad service and it does not guarantee the delivery of the product, they stole my computer, and I had to wait a long time to receive an answer about the replacement or the refund of the money, they put the customer's information wrong making communication with the customer impossible, bad information from the day of delivery, I do not recommend it

    Okay, we have a LARGE number of tasks, I think ten of these at this point, we are using laptops as AI server. These specifically have been such a workhorse and HUGE value. We don't use the battery or the display, so we can't really rate them, but it's a great AI machine.
