DO NOT BUY THIS MONITOR!

After finally saving up the money, I ordered mine a month ago and a week later it arrived. When I first turned it on I noticed white light "leaking" into the screen around the edges. I contacted Best Buy and they ordered a replacement, which was supposed to arrive in a week. The day came and it didn't arrive. I contacted BB and they pretty much just said "oops", and reordered the monitor. I just received the replacement yesterday (a month after the original order), and it had the same issue! This time I immediately called the manufacturer and they said it was a "known problem" and I received a "bad batch". She said I would get a call the next day to resolve the issue. I did not receive a call as promised. So when I called them back, the guy said "it's the way the monitor is supposed to be", and he was not willing to do anything to resolve the issue, except for me to PAY TO HAVE IT SHIPPED BACK! I'm not sure how this was once a great company, and these were once great monitors, but something has changed with the company or process, and they are simply not worth the time or money. To say I'm extremely disappointed with Best Buy and MSI is an understatement. This entire process has taken over a month and I still don't have what I paid for. After being a loyal customer to Best Buy for decades, this will be the last item I purchase from them. There's too many other vendors to have to tolerate this lack of customer service.
