I guess I was the unlucky one. The Ethernet port would not work, the operating system windows 10 kept restarting, eventually I got the blue screen of death. I was really looking forward to having fun on this laptop.

Never works. Overheats. Shuts down mid game and this is after they worked on it. Sick of sending it in. Nearly 3k spend for nothing. Do yourself a favor and get a gaming pc.

Decent laptop but the sound doesnt work. I returned my first one and got a replacement, but still the same problem. And there is no solution in sight.

Had high hopes for the computer. Audio came defective, and soon the WiFi hardware within the computer broke down

Laptop looks great and has very good performance. Quick and can handle gaming at highest settings on most games I tried. I am very satisfied with my purchase.

I am thrilled with this purchase. It is more powerful than my last PC so I can play way more games, and I was happy to get it for a good price.

The laptop is perfect in every aspect, except the loose cheap trackpad. It makes a loud clicking noise... sounds like someone is tapping on plastic surface. I do plan to use my mouse more often, but sometimes when I'm in a rush or want to use it for something else besides gaming, I just use the trackpad. For something over $2K, I expect a better quality build on something as simple as a trackpad. I don't know if this is my specific laptop, but I saw another review saying the same thing. Doesn't overheat too much either and the speaks aren't the best sounding but it gets pretty loud. Overall, 3/5. Will probably return it though because this sound is driving me crazy.
