I've only had this thing a few days but it's pretty decent so far. I've been hitting between 60 and 120 fps on the few AAA games I've tested. There are occasional fps drops but nothing too serious. The RGB keyboard is nice. However, it does not support MSI mystic light. You have to use Steelseries Engine 3 to customize the colors. My only gripe with the keyboard is the placement of the FN key and Windows key. They are reversed. FN is on the left away from media keys and Windows key is on the right next to media keys. Which makes it awkward to control brightness and volume. Also, the version of Windows 10 that ships with this thing is extremely outdated. So plan on a few hours of updating to the most current and secure version of Windows 10 before you do anything else. Overall, I'm happy with it. Would have preferred to build a gaming tower but with GPU prices so high right now it just isn't worth it. This laptop will be fine for my needs.

I bought this the other day to replace my Lenovo yoga. I used to play Elder scrolls online with that laptop with no issues minus the fact it had decent graphics for an outdated graphics card. This computer has been perfect from the start! I must have pressed the wrong function key because the numerical pad stopped working. We factory reset the computer (because I had nothing of value on it yet) and it worked again. I believe user error lol. I absolutely love this computer and the graphics it comes with is top notch. It really does make me feel like I’m there IN the game! 100% would recommend to anyone!!

I purchased a high quality laptop computer for my forensic work at an extremely affordable price, available only at Best Buy at that price. Here is a summary of the computer: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-10750H CPU @ 2.60GHz 2.59 GHz. It has a very bright, 17-inch screen, yet is very light weight.

It has been almost a month since I bought it for my daughter. At the beginning, I was concerned about the quality of the laptop due to other poor reviews about it. Well, so far it works great, and she loves the big screen and no laggy when she plays Genshin Impact all the time.

It’s great! Fast. I’m using it for picture and video editing mostly and it runs smooth. The battery life leaves something to be desired. But I’m glad I made this purchase.

As far as I know this computer is an excellent product. I bought it as a gift for my girlfriend an she loves it. The graphics are great as well as the processor speeds. Yes I would recommend this product it's a great value for the price.

I bought this laptop and was pleasantly surprised. I like how I was able to turn on and off the lighting on the keyboard. I lost it when I had an explosion in my house due to a gas leak.

Wicked fast computer. Pleanty of storage. Does NOT include a camera, at least not one i can find to activate, but a Logitech webcam works just fine.

This was an anniversary gift for my wife (our 15 years). This thing is a beast for what you are paying for. My wife is a hardcore WoW player and with all settings maxed out in raid shes getting 160 frames per second. It has decent cooling if you go into the MSI Dragon set up and set the fan speeds to user defined. I down-volted this thing by 0.2volts and the heat is very manageable. I will suggest getting a cooling plate for this due to the extra air flow will help a lot. The usb-c port allowed me to hook up a 6 port powered usb hub and this has become the perfect desktop replacement for a reasonable price. I have no negatives to say about this at all.

Great laptop. Super fast. Runs VR with no problem. Battery does not last long but that was expected.

Quite expensive a gaming device, but kind of worth the money I guess. I've been using it and having great gaming experience. The image and sound quality is good. There's minor problem with the pre-installed software, which is difficult to use and interrupts gaming sound occasionally.

I have been truly dedicated to the Lenovo brand for the past 10 years. I have one machine for work and the other for my side gig, music production and DeeJaying. I generally gravitate towards machine built for gaming for the processors and amount of RAM. So the specs of this machine looked really attractive. After doing some research on the brand I decided to give it a chance. Best Buy did a great job of getting it to me right away. Once I received it there were a couple of great surprises. I expected the keyboard to be monochrome red but it was multicolored. This goes great with my new ION speakers. The machine is loaded with many perks.

Sent this back. The “thin” model was not sturdy and I feared it would break in no time. Also the location of audio port for headphones is terrible if you use a add on mouse.

Good, except the pad has a glitch, it's sensitive and in my case stock options sold or bought without the intention, appears it is a common problem from the writeups.

I was initially hesitant about getting something labeled "Gaming Laptop" for my dad but it's worked well for his work needs, especially post-pandemic. Long battery life and good speed.

Amazing laptop, that has a lot of power for what we needed it for which is 3D rendeing software. We needed something with a more powerful graphics card then what we were using with built in video cards. The look and feel of this laptop is really good as well. Pricey but get what you pay for.

Device is phenomenal, delivery was a few days early, best computer I’ve ever owned for either work OR gaming.
