Seems to be good I can play every game I have on max. And being able to change the power settings when I just need a basic laptop with just a couple of clicks is nice too. I for the price I think it’s a great option

Has the parts that were advertised. Only odditiy is the placement of the heat vents as seems to be covered by the monitor when open. doesnt cause any issues just seemed odd.

Frozen after 4 months of usage

Bought it in January of 2021 and by May it started freezing. Today, for example, it froze 23 times. I called customer service at MSI many times in past two weeks and there is no solution. They said to stick needle in a hole to restart. Have been doing it 24 times just today. Now they said to send it back, they will check it out and send it back to me in a month or two.
Do not buy it!!!!
I had MSI that is 5 years old and hardly works how slow it is. This one after 4 months keeps freezing for no reason. Now I am shopping for another one and came across it so just wanted to write you a review.
