Worth what I paid for it. Processing speeds are pretty good, graphics card was a definite upgrade from my last one. Lightweight design and thin shape make it ideal for travelling. Only complaint is the fan, barely keeps from overheating, but that's what you sacrifice for a compact size. Overall, pretty good gaming laptop.

I really like this gaming laptop for many reasons: 1- RGB lighting makes it seem like the future! 2- Gaming and VR on it is like heaven! No limitations for current VR hardware and 1080p games. It has a Pascal GTX 1060 Nvidia Desktop Graphics card!!! So Dope! 3- Very slim and easy to carry. Cloth Protection on bottom give it extra points. This gaming laptop puts bulky gamey ones to shame! I love how this looks like a regular slim laptop but is a gaming laptop! It makes it so convenient. 4- MSI Software suite makes it easy to use this gaming laptop for my needs. 5- For the price it was a steal. But it could of been a little cheaper too and that would of made me even happier! I play video games fluently. But then it stucks and no reaction to the game. (Battleground)Then I tried wizard 3, the visual quality is OK. But later, when I tap the keyboard, it keeps return to the screen，quiting the game automatically. I am going to return this one. And I also want to refund accidental protection.

This is a solid piece of equipment, I bought this open box for 1250. No problems so far, the GPU is definitely strong enough at a 1060 6GB Gddr5 to output to my 4k T.V. and Keep the game resolution in 4K as well. The heat really isn't a factor, unless you're running OBS and multiple other programs, that's with autofan on also. But under cooler boost through the dragon center it works exceptional. Along with that, the ram doesn't tend to get eaten up at 16gb of DDR4 2400MHZ, seeing as I'm a streamer, and I may run an emulator as well, the max usage I tend to see is about 30 percent, that's with emulation, along with OBS also. You will have to purchase an external CD/DVD drive though for this computer, but for the size of the chassis at 0.7 inch thick, I can most definitely forgive that extremely easily, also along with that they had to go from a 6-cell to a 3 cell battery to maintain the size, but you can still get a decent casual usage out of it. Great laptop and I'd definitely recommend it to a lot of people.

Decent speed, but not what I expected. Fan is noisy. Keyboard ergonomics not great.

There are a lot of great things about this laptop! I personally use it for work, photo editing, and some gaming. The light thin design makes it perfect for travel. It does get a little warm but that is a given because of how thin it is. I did get rid of A LOT of the bloatware and it runs perfectly.

The start up time is insane. Get home and in seconds my games load and off for xp. Csgo max graphics Runescape max graphics Diablo max graphics all together on separate screens. Running so smooth Was worth every penny for speed , lighting key board , and graphic customization options.

Was looking for a laptop for my daughter to use in college for engineering. She likes gaming so I figured this would be perfect for her. She loves it! Everything boots and starts very fast and it is incredibly lightweight. The VR was an added bonus as I told her she may need it in a few years.

Good laptop. It's fast. Had some issues with CPU getting a little warm. But all in all great for factor with hidden power. When you buy this laptop buy a SSD the mechanical hard drive sucks. Good laptop.

This laptop is very quick. I upgraded the 1TB drive to an SSD, but the system runs well. Note, you will want to uninstall bloatware, but really... this runs well. I use it primarily for work, but occasionally game on it. Runs PUBG on ultra... what more could you ask for. Solid lappy that can game. Do it.

The laptop is fast and runs games very well. However, when compared with other laptops, the display is subpar.

I had been checking out laptops for taking an online course as well as doing some graphics work, video editing, photo work, and to play some video games. This computer does all that I need it to - I was able to handle all of my online coursework - a Chromebook could not handle the workload - and I have done video editing and played some games (old ones, to be honest, but the sprites rev the fans up and the machine performs just fine!) I had checked up on some "employment discount" deals through my employer, but the selection and this quality just weren't there to be found - not at this price point, anyhow. So I did without the "deal" I could have gotten from my job and I got a higher quality machine for less money. The big selling points for me were the combo SSD with a TB spinner, the 16GB RAM, and the very good graphics card. (I know there are better to be found, but this does the job as I am not playing BF or CoD for hours on end). I would buy it again - that is the best recommendation I can give.

The computer is extremely light weight and has a fast processor. I really enjoy this new computer.

I love my new purchase. It was totally worth it as I am a college student struggling to do my best.

Everything is great. Very fast and little bloatware. Only item to say I wish was better is that MSI would have put an easy access panel at rear to upgrade hardware (memory, hdd, m.2 sdd) in the future. Gaming laptops are always being upgraded by those individuals that purchase these.

I bought this computer thinking that it would not be amazing enough to justify the price, but i wanted a powerful laptop. I was extremely surprised by its performance. It looks awesome and its super lightweight! I played League of legends at the highest settings and it had no problems!

This laptop compared to others was all over a great laptop and a great price for what you get
