Much of the earlier reviews were fairly accurate. However I am having a compatibility issue with one of my games causing frequent crashes. I suspect it is one of the programs bundled in the bloat ware. Once I get around to reinstalling win10 clean without those programs I am hopeful the issue will be resolved. Its speed and graphics are outstanding.

I find the computer to be fast enough for my needs. . It was easy to set up and seems fast enough for my applications.

If you game, buy a cooling pad. It's a laptop, expect heat under heavy use. thin, lightweight, from complete shutdown to browser working and loading webpages in less than 15 seconds. I'd definitely recommend this. 4 stars because of minor bloatware. It's not excessive like most other laptops and computers! Easily disabled and cleaned up.

This laptop is great for anyone looking for a mobile gaming rig. Great specs, ultra light weight, and a fair price.

Powerful, but thin and light. Also, the keyboard is pretty neat, although I haven't played with the settings much.

It had just about everything I was looking for in a laptop and was cheaper than similar laptops on other sites.

This machine has performed awesome with everything I throw at it. Keep in mind you have to select which video card you want an application to use, onboard chipset or the GTX1060. Also this beast runs a little hot if you have it on your lap.....nothing an inexpensive laptop cooling pad didnt solve.

This laptop is the quickest most smooth running system I have ever used. You will not regret purchasing it!

This computer is power packed but is light and portable. Must have for someone who needs high end computer.

This computer is perfect for my kind of gaming. It is incredibly thin, far more then you would expect, but still has great graphics and computing power. It feels a little frail in the hand but seems pretty sturdy when it comes down to it. Only complaint is they put the power jack on the mouse side right in the middle, so if you do not use an external monitor a lot like me it can be kind of annoying, but that is not enough to drop a star.

My son wanted to computer he could use in class and to play games on. This one covered all the bases.

This is an amazing product I have loved using it. I was able to use my new notebook for a couple months and then an issue arose. I contacted MSI and they immediately gave me an RMA number so I could send in my laptop for repairs. From the tome I sent my laptop in to the time I go it back was about a week and a half it was amazingly fast. The only thing I wish was that MSI didn't require me to pay to ship it to them.

We were not sure a laptop would be strong enough for gaming. We are impressed with the speed.

This laptop is fantastic for gaming with high end graphics. Also powerful enough to handle multiple business projects including multiple virtual machines running visual studio. Only con is the battery last 1 hour tops when gaming with settings turned all the way up and screen brightness to max.

Boots up fast/ SSD is an M2 type, fits into a PCI-E slot. Large HDD for storing music, videos, and other programs. Good graphics. Mediocre speakers, buy a separate speaker system. Keyboard lighting takes some fiddling around with. Several internal settings for keyboard lighting and graphics.

I was deciding whether to buy this laptop or the 17 in Alienware laptop. I went with this one because of the ram being 255 vs 128 however the screen size was only 15 in vs 17 in. I went with this one because this laptop is actually a compact laptop, it is lightweight, has decent battery life (for a gaming computer) and the performance on this is amazing. The only con I have is the built in speakers on this computer are horrible. I can compared it to the cheap built in speakers on a desktop tower. This can easily remedied by investing into a good pair of headphones like I did. Once you do that your gaming experience will be intensified beyond anything a gaming console could put out. The display is only 1080p which is fine for what I do but I believe you can uograde it if I'm not mistaken. I personally love this computer with the out of the box features it comes with. Especially the SD card slot that many laptops don't have.
