The cooler boost is extremely well as well as the way it runs customizable everything down to the graphics and the keyboard the only problem i seemed to run into is the msi center will bug out rarely but overall great laptop

Freezes a lot

In gaming mode, the fans are kinda loud. But they do their job extremely well. As far as the freezing. I play World of Warcraft. If im in game and alt+tab out to a browser, the game freezes and/or crashes. MSI support is no help. When Im not freezing, the laptop runs like a dream

I bought this for my son to run engineering programs in college. He downloaded some basic games and it keeps freezing while he is playing the games. It is a struggle to get it to power off once this happens. It is out of it’s return period with best buy so we are stuck with it.
