Windows errors and blue screen of death

It kept popping up window errors 0x80073cf9 & 0x80070490. Spend the day after Christmas with Xbox and Windows support and they could not fix the issue. During troubleshooting the blue screen of death popped up for Inaccessible_boot_device. So I had to return the item. Battery life is also very poor.

Not a good gaming laptop

The battery life was just awful didn’t even last a full 2 hours and I didn’t even finish setting it up. It was pretty slow for a brand new laptop

Runs everything I have played with ease. And also just general stuff with ease. Battery life without being plugged in seems pretty low though, admittedly
