This laptop fit the specs and price range perfectly so I jumped on it. Trouble atarted immediately with the keyboard not working on boot up. This was a problem bevause i was unable to type in my key code to finish loading Windows. I figured I’d update BIOS and drivers. While updating drivers the computer got stuck in an unending loop. I tried a few options but ultimately decided to return it to Best Buy. I figured with this many issues right away, this thing was doomed. I trust the brand too, which is why this was so disappointing.
