Purchased 3 of these. Received all 3 on different days with the 3rd arriving 8 days after order date. 3rd arrived with box damaged, but luckily no issues to monitor. Best Buy’s price changed less than 12hrs after my order. Contacted 2 agents and both would only adjust price on 1 of 3 items, yet said I could drive to store and they would adjust all. Closest store is 2hrs away for me. Just terrible customer service experience. Monitors are solid performers though. I would buy elsewhere.
