Works great but longevity just isn’t there. Bought it almost a year ago to this day and it just went out on me. One of the fans just stopped working and the cooler isn’t cooling my pc so it’s overheating.

Materials are cheap wires/ plastics. I should know I work in the industry.. Upon opening it I noticed the wires were the quality of dollar store electronics sure enough the wire was faulty upon installation. Returned for a new one.. new one works but still really cheap. Second msi product that Was made cheap and broken in the last few months. Will never buy this brand again.. sad it used to be a favorite of mine just 4 years agop it’s Msrp should really be around 60$ not 120$ Was out 25$ thermal paste too. Led did not light up because cord was bad also mounting bracket is hard to use because of heavy hoses

It said it supports the AM4 socket but doesn’t mention you have to have the brackets that come with older am4 heat sinks so I can’t even use it. The brackets I mentioned is in the picture

PROS: - Great price, just over $100 USD. - Great cooling performance, on par with other 240mm AIO coolers. Kept my Ryzen 7 1700 under 60C with 100% load, with and without overclocking. - Quiet operation. Basically inaudible unless the room is silent. - Great looks! Stylish, rotatable CPU block to keep the logo upright with top or front rad mounting. - aRGB easily connects to existing aRGB headers or controllers, colors are vibrant and smooth. The lighting and overall design of the CPU block looks very sharp. CONS: - Pump failed within 5 months and had to RMA. End user pays for return shipping. - Pump is located in the rad, which is advertised as a benefit to keep the motor cool for product longevity, however I'm wondering if any air bubbles present in the cooling loop may have collected around the pump, causing the failure. Pump failure tends to be more common in rad-mounted pump designs based on reviews of other brands.

Rating: ★★★★★ (5/5) I recently installed the MSI MAG CORELIQUID 240R V2 AIO CPU Liquid Cooler in my gaming PC, and I am thoroughly impressed with its performance and design. Performance: This cooler delivers exceptional cooling performance, keeping my CPU temperatures well within the safe range even during intense gaming or heavy multitasking. The dual 120mm ARGB PWM fans work efficiently, providing a perfect balance between noise and cooling power. My CPU stays cool, and I’ve noticed a significant reduction in thermal throttling compared to my previous air cooler. Design and Build: The rotating cap design is a standout feature. It allows you to adjust the orientation of the MSI logo to your liking, ensuring that it looks great regardless of how you install the cooler. The sleek black design and high-quality materials give the cooler a premium feel that perfectly complements my setup. The RGB lighting on the fans is vibrant, customizable, and really enhances the overall aesthetics of my build. Installation: Installation was straightforward, and the included mounting hardware worked flawlessly with my motherboard. The cooler’s flexible tubing made it easy to position the radiator, even in more compact cases. It was up and running in no time, and I didn’t encounter any issues with compatibility. Noise Level: The cooler runs quietly, even under load. The ARGB fans provide a slight hum, but nothing excessive, which is important for me as I value a quiet gaming environment. Overall: The MSI MAG CORELIQUID 240R V2 is an excellent AIO cooler, offering top-notch cooling performance, striking aesthetics, and quiet operation. Whether you’re building a high-performance gaming PC or just want to keep your CPU cool, this cooler ticks all the boxes. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable, visually appealing liquid cooling solution.

    PC cooler

My PC was over heating it was running at idle about 80c. I called Best buy for information on which pc cooler I needed for my pc. I did not want to spend a lot of money on one and they recommended the MSI - MAG CORELIQUID 240R V2 - AIO ARGB CPU Liquid Cooler - Rotating Cap Design - 240mm Radiator - Dual 120mm ARGB PWM Fans. It was about $100.00 after tax. I installed it now the temp at idle is 20c and I did a bench mark test to simulate full load and it simulated full load temp around 30c. I am extremely happy with this cooler It does have a 5 year warranty so no worries there. Will update after a month or 2 as I did read other reviews and they had issues with this cooler and gave bad reviews if you don't see an updated review then its a really good pc cooler. The only Issue I had installing it was that it was to big for my case so I had to modify my case to have it fit.

Overally, very good cooler. It was compact enough to fit into a micro ATX tower case with plenty of room for even a 40 series card. Thermals are as you would expect. Notably, mine is on a hardwood floor though and there is central air so your experience could vary based on conditions. The fans are very quiet which was a pleasant surprise. They also look great with the colors. The light in the middle of the CPU also is very nice and I have received several compliments on. It is priced comparatively to similar brands but I believe I got this one on sale. I would recommend waiting for this, or any other competitive brand, to go on sale and buy that one. At this point, I do not believe there is much variation between brand as long as it's a reputable one. The only reason I am not giving it five stars is because there are no directions for installation. I know it should be simple, but it took me longer than it should for some reason and directions would have been nice. Unless I am an idiot and didn't notice the directions, none were included. Other than that, it performs exactly as you would expect and it looks great doing it.

This AiO comes pre-packaged with the mounting plate required to cool an i7-12700K. This cooler does an excellent job at cooling my CPU and keeping the temps around 40C during idle. I do see my CPU temps go a tiny bit above 70C during heavy load but that rarely happens. Additionally, the temps are always lowered really quickly. The mounting plate was really easy to install. Overall, the entire AiO was really easy to install. The sound of the fans are slightly louder than my previous AiO, but are still really quiet. The price is really good. If you are buying an i7-12700K, the price of this AiO does not seem too unreasonable. It looks cool.

Works like a champ, and I see no reason to not consider this. I debated a much more expensive one with a temp screen on the CPU block, but canned it. This has been working like a champ while I stress test this. Couple of notes: 1. Pay attention to the mounting. Ideally the radiator should be mounted in front with tubes on bottom because of the pump position. My case didn't allow it, so I went to option two which is top mount, tubes down in front. 2. Pay attention to the fan direction when you mount them to the radiator. Ideally, the fans will blow air across the radiator --- so basically as exhaust. This means for me the hot air is coming out of the top of the case. 3. The RGB is nice, but I don't use it, so I never setup control options or whatever. 4. It's realllly quiet. I couldn't really hear the fans at all. You can use any 120mm fans IIRC, so if these gave me trouble I suppose I could swap them out. 5. The fans connect direct to the SYS_FAN headers on the mobo, the RGB daisy chains off a J_RAINBOW header on my board. 6. This comes with LGA1700 brackets out of the box unlike some other options. Perfect fit, and connection. It also comes with thermal paste. 7. If you're new to water cooling --- this unit is pre-filled. You don't add water/fluid to it...it's good to go out of the box. This was another unit I found was priced equal with major online retailers, and I saw no reason to wait to order, which was awesome since I wanted to get cracking on my build!

My first liquid cooler and I couldn’t be happier with the price. Both the dragon & triangle shape around it light up which looks good in red. Keeps my 5800x3d at low temperatures, which really helps with the longevity.

I do like my new AIO, the MSI MAG CoreLiquid 240R V2 - AIO ARGB CPU Liquid Cooler with Rotating Cap Design. It keeps my CPU cool around 32 degrees Celsius when computer is running a heavy load. CPU never gets so hot that it shuts down my computer.

Had it for a little over a year now and she is still going strong. Cooling power for my i9 13900k is a little lack luster, however that thing is a nuclear bomb waiting to go off and i imagine any size AIO would struggle. Runs vary quietly and the rotating heat sink feature is awesome to keep the RGB Dragon facing the correct direction.
