Definitely want a full size tower for this. Causes the mid towers to be too cramped.

Can't fit it on the top of my case since the case is not long enough and too short to mount it too the top but should fit up front... that is... if msi bothered to give you the screws necessary to mount them up front.

Pump broke after a few months of use, not even constant or intense use, probably twice a week for casual games.

Seemed a little bit to cheap and what a pain to install compared to Corsair products. Save up and buy the better brand one.

I bouth this in july 2022 and in December 2022 my cpu was running at 200 f. The hottest its ever been. Now im told imbout of warrent and need to buy a new one. No warrenty on these devices does not seem fair after they are over 100. So months later i have to waste more money into this.

I purchased the v1 cooler and after 8 months thr pump failed. Submitted an RMA and MSi shipped me a V2 replacement within 3 days or so. V2 cooler worked great for 3 months and them all of a sudden temps started to go from 50c idle to 70c idle. Tried replacing thermal paste twice and still runs hot. I would not recommend this cooler, spend $50-$100 more and get a icue or nzxt.

    Pump failure

    Posted .

I bought this aio expecting great performance which it delivered for about 3 months. Just until recently, I realized that a 5700x is topping 95C at 40-50% utilization, which is unacceptable, especially playing something simple like minecraft. I believe that this is a pump failure, as many have also complained about on numerous forums, as well as the reviews here on bestbuy. I say save your money and invest in something like Corsair or NZXT, as it won't kill your cpu running simple games. Besides the pump failure, this was a absolute nightmare to install, because of the weird (and fatuous) decision to smack dab the pump in the middle of the radiator. A silly location and unreliable pump make this product a absolute nightmare to install, and uninstall when it breaks. The fans that came included with this radiator are obnoxiously loud, but if you can deal with the sound, i'd say you can roll with them. However, if MSI fixes the pump that is like a BMW, this has so much potential to be a fantastic AIO at it's price point, but at this moment, I'd say avoid this.

Quietest MSI Liquid Cooler By Far

    Posted .

With intense CPU usage between various applications and renderings this cooler will keep temps down and my PC fans quiet. Easy install and is the the cheapest All in One cooler that has a radiator with integrated pump, so it can mount perfectly at the top of an ATX Mid Tower Case. Loud noise was a major problem with my last build so this was an absolute life changer because of how quiet it is. Would recommend to anyone looking for a cooler at this price point.

Probably the worst CPU cooler I've owned

    Posted .

I've had this cooler for about 2 years now. It's been constant problems honestly and finally seems to be giving out. If you have any other lighting controllers, good luck. You'll never get this to correctly work with the majority of them. The fans are LOUD. I replaced them shortly after installing it. Within 2 years it's seemingly failed once, came back to life and is dying again. I'm not sure if I got a dud, or if it's just the life span this was given. MSI makes amazing motherboards and GPUs - but CPU coolers are NOT their forte.

Cooler worked great at keeping cpu at a cool and stable temperature. Only downside is I've had it for about 8 months and the pump stopped working. I'm hoping I just got a bad egg.

Warning do not buy this with the idea that this is LGA 1700 compatible because it isnt. It may say that it is compatible with LGA 1700 but when i opened up rhe packaging there was no LGA 1700 mount in sight nor did the manual contain any support for said mount.
