I suggest going to Microcenter for a purchase like this. Microocenter offers better protection plans and 30-day returns without deductions. Best Buy will deduct from your refund even if the product arrives damaged.

I recently purchased this monitor to be my new primary display. Previously my primary display was a Dell S2417DG. The difference in color accuracy between these two displays is shocking. The MAG 271QPX really is an impressive piece of hardware. The 360hz refresh rate is fantastic although it is a much smaller difference coming from 165Hz than the jump was between 60 and 165 Hz. My only complaint with the MAG 271QPX so far is the slight text fringing that is a result of the non-standard sub pixel arrangement. It isn't a deal breaker for me but it might be for some people.

Was looking to get a new 27" 1440p monitor and looked into OLED tech. After seeing multiple reviews, decided to go with the MSI 271QPX as it had all the features that I wanted and none of the fluff. QD-OLED with the glossy coating makes everything look fantastic. The colors on the OLED panel are super vibrant and makes you see content in a new way. 360hz is an absolute joy to have. You think you don't need it until you experience it for yourself. The subpixel layout on the MSI OLED also has no issues with text fringing unlike some other brands and their panels.

Coming from a 1080p monitor.. this thing has changed something within me. After receiving it in perfect condition, setting it up on an arm, straight away I could see a game changing difference. Without tweaking any of the settings the color and motion clarity is unlike anything I have ever seen. From everything that I have tested it on, gaming, random videos, movies, etc. It's almost as if the image is tangible. My expectations have been blown away. I find it very difficult to find a complaint with it so far. With it's current great price and fantastic motion clarity/color, I find it hard to beat. If a great easy to set up 1440p monitor, with great color, great motion clarity is what you are after, this is the one! (I also play a ton of competitive FPS, this has been amazing for that too)

I initially bought the MPG 271QRX, but returned it for the MAG 271QPX. Although the MPG has a few more features than the MAG, most users won't utilize such features to justify the price increase. Some of the features include higher USB-C power delivery, access to the Gaming Intelligence app, and RGB lighting on the back of the monitor. If those features don't excite you, the MAG is definitely the better buy here. I've had the monitor for about a month now and it's been nothing short of amazing. 1440p 360hz QD-OLED is great and I personally prefer the glossy coating that this monitor has. I play in a dark room and every game looks amazing. Definitely recommend

After using an IPS LCD monitor, this feels like a significant upgrade. The colors are richer and sharper, the brightness is almost overwhelming, and the refresh rate is amazing. My previous 1080p 144Hz monitor was great, but this one surpasses it by far. I'm extremely satisfied with this monitor.

This is an excellent gaming monitor and an excellent display for watching media. The 360Hz refresh rate is incredible for competitive gaming when necessary and has the best motion I’ve ever seen from a display. And then the resolution and HDR along with color accuracy and brightness are incredible for AAA games where the graphics matter most. The only negative I could say is the monitor ships without a DP cable, which is a bummer considering it’s designed for gaming where DP is the most popular. The HDMI cable works great for 1440p 360Hz though so it isn’t a huge deal. Overall this display is amazing and rivals my 65” OLED TV in my living room at half the price along with much higher refresh rates that are great for PC Gaming. Couldn’t recommend it more for the price.

One of the best monitors I have owned. Will recommend if you have the money and you come from a 120hz or less (Like me)

I recently upgraded to a 4090 and needed a new monitor to pair with it. After looking for hours I came across this one.. and I'm I glad I did. This thing straight out of the box is perfect. I didn't need to make any changes to the settings. The color and motion clarity is unlike anything I have ever seen, with that and it's current price, I find it extremely difficult for it to beaten by anything else.

I ordered this item and ended up returning it due to one reason: The firmware cannot be updated. That is a huge flaw from MSI. Spend $50 more and get the MSI MPG 271QRX. These new OLED monitors need occasional updates to fix issues and to add features. It is unbelievable that MSI would release this without having a way to update the firmware on it.

MSi confirmed that you WILL NOT be able to UPDATE this monitor. NO updates will be available ever. IMO, that is a DEAL breaker! HARD PASS people. AW or Asus!
