Bought this as a Christmas present for my son & he absolutely loves it!!! Excellent picture quality & fast response time for xbox series x. He also loves the height adjustment & tilt capabilities as he's continuously taking pics & loading them on snapchat to show off!

I was introduced to Oled when i bought my Oled LG C1 as my TV and never wanted to go back to LCD panels. I upgraded my Samsung G40A IPS panel for this MSI quantum dot Oled monitor and i dont have any regrets. Even more color than WOled from LG panels. If you want to know if it works on Linux the photo gives you the answer. I dont use Windows anymore so thats what you are seeing in the photo. But should be good for Windows users too. I have it in peak 1000 nits mode and everything is extremely bright. Oh and just letting you know so far no visible autobrightness or visual issues like VRR flickering. I think this monitor came out with better stock firmware than other models because i dont see the issues with the other MSI monitors that ive heard about. This monitor wont recieve firmware updates only the MPG series but i dont think it needs it at all. Hope all this info helps and hope you enjoy this monitor.

HDR on this takee it to the next level. Does need some calibtation to really take advantage of what it can do but easy enough and doesnt take much as it ships very well out of the box. Mine came with firmware 0.015 and was able to update to the latest with a display port cable. Overall great OLED monitor.

Monitor is definitely an upgrade over my 240hz ips, but not a ton in terms of motion clarity. Colors are great though, and blacks are stunning.

After spending a while researching gen 3 QD-OLEDS ended up choosing this one. Features such as HDMI 2.1 and AMD Freesync Premium Pro stood out on this particular model. Coming from a 165hz ips the jump to OLED is quite noticeable, especially in brightness. My computer can't take full advantage of the 240hz in most games currently, but in the games it can it is a noticeable upgrade. Overall the monitor has been great. The OLED panel is vibrant and the blacks are super dark. Features such as HDMI 2.1 and Freesync Premium Pro as well as the comfort of MSI's burn in warranty were the key distinguishing features from other competitors at it's price. Very happy with my purchase so far.

This is hands down the best monitor I have had. The refresh rate is great (even though I haven't needed all 240hz), and the picture quality and contrast is awesome. It comes with all the great benefits of an OLED and at the sale price I got the monitor at it was easily a steal! I'd highly recommend this monitor over the 360hz version as it includes the same display just at a lower refresh rate. This is a great deal because you're never hitting 360fps in games unless the game is in ultra low settings. Can't be happier with it!

Thisbis my first oled coming from a 28inch 4k gigabyte monitor,the difference is amazing in the colors and the blacks and silky smooth movement.I would definitely recommend this monitor for console/pc gaming

The sleek black design and thin bezels of the MSI MAG271 immediately impressed me. It looks great on my desk and has a premium feel. The OLED display is stunning. Colors are vibrant, blacks are deep, and everything from games to movies looks amazing. The QHD resolution provides sharp, detailed images. Gaming on this monitor is a dream. The 240Hz refresh rate and 0.03ms response time make gameplay incredibly smooth and responsive. No more motion blur or ghosting. Adaptive Sync eliminates screen tearing and stuttering. Though it's on the pricey side, this monitor is worth it for serious gamers. The amazing display quality and top-notch performance have significantly improved my gaming experience. If you're looking for a high-end gaming monitor, this one is a fantastic choice.

Despite all the comments on people saying you can't update firmware, I've yet to see a single person actually update their monitor's firmware. It's honestly just a vocal minority complaining. Out of the box, this monitor has had no issues whatsoever and has been fine gaming and working on. I opted for this 240Hz one since the 360Hz was sold out and I honestly can't tell the difference between 240 and 360 anyway. Also a big plus, this is a solid $120 cheaper than the 360Hz version. Comes with basically all the same standard features with 0.03ms response time and HDR400 and OLED Care 2.0 and USB-C Display Port Alt. So overall pretty happy with it.

My first OLED monitor, nothing but be amazed by the picture quality and msi gaming features, plus, three years warranty. The monitor has amazing contrast with great colors and fast motion response time (0.03ms), i have noticed the brightness on this QD OLED is much brighter than other panels even in very bright conditions, I was able to see the monitor clearly. Definitely very highly recommended!!!

I have played video games and watched movies on numerous monitors for the past 15 years, transitioning from HD to full-HD, to 1440p HDR over the years. However none of my transitions were as drastic and jaw dropping as this. Playing video games on this monito feels like a completely different experience... especially video games with dark scenes and bright colors. I feel like I haven't truly appreciated the graphics behind video games until I played them on this monitor! Black Ops 6 Zombies in particular is stunning on this monitor. Overall, I cannot recommend this monitor enough, for this price range it is unbeatable! The 3 year OLED display burn-in warranty is also a huge plus for anyone worried about burn in risk. This Monitor will not disappoint!

This MSI OLED monitor got some lightning-fast responsiveness and phenomenal visual performance. The OLED panel delivers stunning visuals, and the high refresh rate and response time guarantee an incredibly smooth and immersive gaming experience. Blacks are great. Color is great. Looks absolutely amazing in every game I play. Definitely the best monitor I’ve used. Only drawback here is the amount of time needed to adjust few settings to my liking.

A very straightforward OLED monitor. Works great for PC and current consoles. Haven't had or noticed any issues so far. Previously had an IPS BFI monitor. Good on MSI to bring in MAG line to allow firmware updates.

bought myself this monitor + another monitor for a wfh setup and to occasionally play games on. this qd-oled monitor looks fantastic!! it was easy to set up by myself and i can really see a difference between this monitor and my older monitors. the color accuracy is way better and the images and graphics looks super crisp. i love how vibrant the colors are and it’s really a game changer.

I recently wanted to make the switch to an OLED and this was one of the more affordable options. I’m blown away by the difference. The contrast levels are on another level—blacks are truly black, and colors pop in a way I didn’t know was possible. Watching movies and playing games has been a whole new experience. The brightness is great, and the viewing angles are fantastic, with no noticeable color shift. Coming from IPS monitors, the image clarity and depth are incredible. I was initially concerned about potential burn-in issues, but even after using it for a while, I haven't noticed any problems. The responsiveness is also super quick, making it great for gaming. Overall, it feels like a worthwhile upgrade, especially if you’re after vibrant colors and superior contrast. Highly recommend!

This 1440p gaming monitor lived up to my expectations. I bought this for $499 during black Friday and it was a perfect deal. I wanted to upgrade my gaming setup by moving from my IPS display, and this OLED has everything. Color calibration was great out of the box. Vivid colors and deep blacks are great when playing games AAA games like Baldur's Gate 3, Rachet and Clank, Alan Wake 2, and Ghost of Tsushima. Plus, 240Hz is more than enough refresh rate for most gamers. I highly recommend this display for PC (or Console) gaming!

Honestly really love this monitor. I’ve had OLED TVs and an ultra wide OLED before and I gotta say this is my favorite I’ve ever had. The colors pop and the response time is excellent. I appreciate the burnin features that come with the monitor and I feel as if it’ll help extend it for years to come. I couldn’t recommend this monitor more.

Its crazy to finally have an OLED monitor on my desk. The pure blacks makes a big difference in immersiving myself. With the 3 year warranty, im not to worried about burn in over time. The OLED care can be a bit of getting used to but overall solid monitor.

Fantastic image with all the fixings you'd expect from QD-OLED. Great, accurate colors out of the box too. VRR flicker is present when frame pacing is unstable but otherwise not an issue. Update the firmware for slightly more accurate brightness tracking in mid-tones with the PEAK 1000 nits HDR mode. Otherwise VESA HDR TrueBlack400 mode has superior tracking but lacks the maximum output of this display. Use a quality DisplayPort cable. The DP cables included with monitors are usually the cheapest thing the manufacturer can toss in. Even cheap DP cables online are usually better.
