Great Motherboard for first time builders
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I used this motherboard for my first pc build and I am really happy with it. It was very easy to flash the bios for my Ryzen 5600x and build the rest of the pc with it. They add a great manual and finding the drivers on their website is very straightforward.

Requires some fiddling to get running.
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this to replace another X570 MB. After reviewing other comments I updated the BIOS with the latest version and downloaded updated drivers. Win10 hung up until all of the drivers were updated. Moving the memory, CPU, and M.2 were easy. Just had to make sure the cooler and CPU were clean for the thermal grease. It was frustrating getting the system to stop hanging. Right now I am having a problem with the Microsoft C++ redistribution dll's. That is probably a problem with software rather than the MB. If getting the updates installed wasn't a pain the overall rating might be 4 stars. Note to BestBuy: If you display the rating to tenths of a star let the reviewers at least give half a star.

Instruction Manuel Needs to be Redone
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The MSI MPG X570 (AM4 Socket) Gaming Edge WIFI motherboard was paired with a Ryzen 7 5800X CPU, two Corsair Vengence 16 GB memory units, a 750 watt power supply, and a Corsair water cooler. The build was slow because of two problems: 1) the rather poor MSI instruction book, and 2) the lack of stand-off units and all screws (except for two small screws for two memory cards). I have built over 15 computers from the ground up over the last thirty years, and this build was the hardest. It required double the build time due to the poor instruction book and the lack of screws. Two good points about this MSI X570 motherboard build are: 1) It did work flawlessly from the first start up; and 2) the new build gave much shorter start-up times for both the W10 operating system and for games.

Awesome cheaper x570 board
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Beautiful board. Took the ryzen 3700x and 3600mhz ram with zero problems. Everything works. Bios, wifi, sound. I had no hiccups with anything. Chipset fan hardly ever runs. Have one m.2 drive under the m.2 heatsink and it flys and stays cool. Enjoy this board

Great X570 for the Price, slow to boot
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Overall the board is great for the price. The only qualm I have with this board is that it's slow to boot. I read about the issue prior to getting the board but assumed others were being a bit touchy, but it does take a while for it to post and get to the login screen. It's not a crazy wait by any means but it definitely takes my hp specter laptop I got last year. If you need the WiFi because you don't have a LAN connection, make sure to download the drivers to a USB because the windows drivers will not work with this adapter. Also, for the power connection to the board, you only need to worry about PWR 1. The second one is if you plan to do heavy overclocking.

Easy Install and actually available
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is my 2nd purchase of this Mobo. I bought one to upgrade my sons School/Gaming PC. I originally bought one for me and it was easy to work with with a lot of options and available routes for accessories and customization. Great price point for the customization, without paying $300+

pretty good board
||Posted . Owned for 5 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got this to replace an ASUS board that I was having issues with. This one seems to work pretty well. I did have a bios issue recently, but was able to fix with a usb update method that is built into the board. That saved me.

It works well enough
||Posted . Owned for 7 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. After using a really nice advanced Asus board that I abused to death, I wanted to try MSI. I sacrificed some of the “bells and whistles”. Overall, it’s been reliable and easy to install. It’s been good, loaded xmp profile, has enou room for my add ons, installation was a breeze. M.2 slot (there are 2) which makes me feel like I’ve come a long way in life. Color pattern for the board will reset to rainbow now and then(along with ram) for some reason. Weird using a mouse in bios. Onboard WiFi sucks for the most part, but is usable with the right connection. I haven’t really explored the Bios other than basic setup, nor updated, but it lacks a lot of extra stuff for OCing, I think. Not interested in doing that at this time so I haven’t explored it much.

overall great board
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.great board, if you previously used realtek audio software you will need to do a bios update but other than that, really solid board. wifi is decent enough to run league of legends but not apex at solid speeds ( kinda laggy but might just be my own internet).

Leap forward with this motherboard
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This MSI motherboard was an upgrade on which an AMD Ryzen CPU, Samsung EVO PCI SSD and Vengeance Ram were also added. Clearly the gaming platform took a big leap forwards from a few years ago. Great prices on the MSI and the other components from Best Buy.

Great budget board
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. With the prices of X570 being really high this is the best bang for your buck. Support for two m.2 ssds and wifi built in. The mosfets do get warm on this board though. Not the coolest running motherboard in the X570 family.

Worked out of the box
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Worked right out of the box with my ryzen 5 3600. Had issue with the b550 by msi but this one is great. Rgb could be better on the motherboard only back lit on the top right so it gets drowned out by the rgb fans and ram but besides that can’t complain

Fantastic motherboard
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. After searching and reading tons of reviews, I settled on the MSI MPG X570. I paired it with a Ryzen 7 3800x and it runs like a charm. Extremely easy to set up, although I had a few issues with the wireless working. Just make sure you update drivers and you'll be set!

Everything you need to avoid add ons
||Posted . Owned for 8 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is a greta MB. It has everything you need on it and gives you option for growth long term. Built in Wifi, BT especially ensure that you won't need much in the way of expansion add ons which is just more bulk in the end. Ports galore!

Good MB
||Posted . Owned for 6 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Went with this board for my 1st ever build. Easy to set up and the bios is easily navigated. Dragon Center is also a plus to sync and customize any additional RGB lighting. And score for built in wifi too.

Easiest BIOS
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. When compared to Asus, this MSI has one of the easiest BIOS configurations. Becareful as the motherboard is HUGE and wont fit in a Mini atx. It barely fits on a normal ATX. Hard to connect though

Good quality (sofar)
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Very nice motherboard, my very first PC build - this made it pretty simple, however with my case I ran into a bit of an issue with the plate that is around the ports, so I had to take that plate off to install it correctly into my case.

Powerhouse motherboard
||Posted . Owned for 5 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great motherboard for a new build for this generation of AMD cpu's. Easy install and updated drivers. The BIOS is easy to explore and is mouse friendly. Tons of expansion including the new NVME drives. Room for 2 of those bad boys.

GOOD but try different brand
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It was strange seeing a motherboard that one of the RAM edges only opens and it caused a problem installing as well as removing but everything else is great and easy to use BIOS.
