I have build new PC on this platform with focus on RGB. It has 2 (12V) 2 (5V) RGB headers and even dedicated corsair RGB header! I used i5-8600K and 16 GB DDR4 RGB as base for my system. Thsi mobo feels very solid, easy to install and have even high speed wi-fi on board! The best part is compatibility with all my RGB devices.

Great motherboard. Still haven't tinkered with all the features as yet, but it felt even easier to work with than my old MSI Z97 motherboard. Ever since I heard MSI uses mil-spec components in their hardware, they became my first choice for motherboards and graphics cards. Between the quality and durability, I've never been disappointed.

I was looking for a decent motherboard and processor in which to upgrade my sons gaming computer. This motherboard seem to have all of the appropriate items that we were looking for. It was super simple to install and supported the six core processor that we were looking for. I would highly recommend this motherboard.

Was looking for an affordable gaming motherboard for my new build. This has many good features but I was sad to learn it was also missing a few. It lacks an audio optical port and also lacks nvidia SLI or NV-Link support. If I would have waited I could have grabbed the newer MSI mobo for only $10 more with these features and RGB lighting.

Good mother board Everything runs great. Reason for only rating 4 stars is my upper ports like hdmi and other usb above that do not work for some reason. Tried installing the drives and everything and no luck. It doesn’t bother me cuz I’ve got a usb extender and use my graphics card for display.

Be careful. Msi motherboards are somewhat picky on the ram they use. Best Buy has ram they will sell you in stock that is not on the msi certified list and may or may not work depending on your needs. I bought Corsair rgb pro with this and it would not work in dual channel mode and had problems posting period. Tried 4 different sticks. Switched to vengeance lpx and it worked fine and is certified.

Great quality motherboard, one of the best budget options around if your still looking for future compatibility. The motherboard can support potable memory and m.2 drives. If your not looking for a big fancy board this is great for the money.

I used EVGA 2070 Super cards on 4 builds with this motherboard. The only negative thing is that my cards take up the width of 3 cards with the heat sinks and extra fans, which means the cards go just over the top of the 1st SATA port. Everything snaps in fine, and things work great, but it is a little annoying. I wish they would have slid the SATA ports further down the motherboard. Even with that little annoyance, these are great boards, especially for the money. Drivers installed automatically, and I used the MSI Dragon Center to scan and install updates. I didn't use any of the utilities or 3rd party installs, except for Dragon Center, so I can't tell you about those, but all the drivers installed seamlessly. We have used them to game on a LAN at home for about a month and they are rock solid. Very happy with these motherboards.

It was my first time putting together a PC, and the layout and labeling on the motherboard made it easier to put all the cables in place. The motherboard runs perfectly. It runs I9-9900KF very well for anyone who may be wanting to upgrade, and was wondering.

Bought this to replace a 360 series mobo. Install went smoothly, bios is intuitive and easy to navigate. Also performed bios update, very easy. Installed a m.2 drive, Radeon Vegas video card and this thing works perfect. Also utilized the RGB header, very nice!

I bought this board for upgrading to my 9th Gen Intel, and I'm very pleased with the board. It doesn't feel like it will break when I install it, and the colors and lights go pretty well with the rest of my setup. BIOS is also extremely easy to navigate.

The board design looks excellent. I found the board to feel of great quality. Many different ports to use. Instructions for installation were clear. Does everything I need for a very reasonable price.

it’s a great piece of equipment especially for people who are gamers such as myself. and if your someone who wants a piece of their setup to be worth what they paid then this is a 100% worth the investment.

Went in without a hitch. Bios recognized my 9700k right away. Had to install network drivers from my laptop so if you have the option download your intel Network drivers before so you are ready after boot. Setup is nice and easy to navigate.

Definitely not a top of the line TV, but you get a lot for sub-$400. Only downside for me is that the power cable is on the short end and plugs in on the left side of the TV, which is opposite of where I need it to be in my backwards apartment.

Did not need to ship because it was available at the Best Buy store. There are colored lights on the board, everything works great. Used the chip from my Dell PC that broke down after 2 years of running 24/7 continuously.

Built a new desktop, from brand new tower all the way to the new 1060. This motherboard was easy to install, as long as you read the instructions, first. Lol. Runs smoothly with no problems from the first power up!

One good board for building a pc. Have a number of them with no problems from any of them. Updated MSI software sucks with less controls but the board itself is great for the price.

This is my first Mother board for gaming and I’m impressed for the most part. The bios is cool but kind of ugly and needs more detailed information about certain settings. But for the price you can’t really complain.

Had a gaming computer build done by Geek Squad. Had a problem with my motherboard I took to them And they referred me to this motherboard. Works great and looks good.
