Good buy. Easy installation. Does everything it's supposed to do. Best to get if you're going to do some serious overclocking.

Solid no frills motherboard at a fair price! I've used this board in multiple builds and it does a great job. If you want multiple M.2 drives this may not be the best choice since it only has a heatsink for the top slot. Not an issue for the people I've given it to. For the price, you can't go wrong!

Utilized this motherboard with my build that I put together earlier this year and of the complaints that I have they are minor and partially a factor of the case that I'm using. The one flaw that gave me the most fits was the USB 3.0 header which is on the right most portion of the board which unfortunately lined up right against a shroud for cable management in my Corsair case. Basically I ended up having to disassemble the case and attach the 3.0 USB before remounting it. Again though, that's specific to my case and MSI can only do so much to prevent that. Wifi performance is good with this motherboard and the BIOS is pretty easy to use. XMP can be easily enabled via a button press on the main screen of the BIOS or by digging in deeper. BIOS offers an 'easy' mode and a more indepth mode, something I'm a big proponent of as some minor modifications can really help out your system performance and can definitely be intimidating for someone new to working with computers. This offers a good amount of header options for things such as LED's and fans. Pretty good value.

Up and running, only problem is wired LAN doesn't work,WIFI worked to set everything up. From what I have found RT was slow getting their drivers out for linux so it wasn't included in linux build. An older version of another linus program will run from the live disk but won't let me boot when it is installed. Will wait and see what updates do. Havn't tried with W10...Had more trouble than they were worth.

Normally, I am ASUS guy but I must say that I am really warming up to MSI after using this board in my backup computer. Very easy to install and setup. Updating the BIOS is very easy and straightforward. I still use ASUS on my primary machine but would have no issue with replacing it with this board if needed.

Very good motherboard! Has plenty of fan slots and even has one for the water cooler. Didn’t plan on using the WiFi but had to do so, it’s actually pretty fast. Enjoyed building my pc with it and the msi software is easy to use if you need to.

Installation and setup of this board was a breeze. Had a small glitch (user error) when setting up BIOS which was easily remedied when I read the manual. The manual was concise and to the point. The only problem that I see is that the antenna connections are a little inconvenient NZXT has a better idea with putting them at the top. Otherwise a first rate board.

Great quality motherboard with a ton of options. Overclocking in the BIOS is good. You can have 2 NVME drives and 4 ssd/ hhd drives. RGB ready and has about 5 fan headers.

I have the z490 God like version and it’s been great. So I purchased this one for my 12 year old, and haven’t had any issues with it. MSI is a solid company and I look forward to seeing all their tech. I can’t wait to get my hands on the new Z590 God like motherboard.

I love this motherboard, the wifi adapter is wicked fast,, it keeps up with my 500mbs wireless, its got usb 3, usb c whats not to want... 2 m.2 slots, one with a heat sink, ive owned it for some time now, and have had zero issues, the bios is easy to navigate aswell
