I had it up and running in only 2-3 hours vs the 48+ hours it took me to figure out the integrated video chip was defective on the first MOBO I bought. I had a ASRock MOBO previously; I found the software interface for the MSI MOBO to be much easier and more intuitive.

Amazing motherboard

It fit with my processor which was a plus. If anyone is looking for a gaming motherboard this is the one

Good experience

I owned a prebuilt pc but the mother board was HORRIBLE. This enabled me to get the experience of taking apart and rebuilding my pc (since I also swapped out my cpu with this) and let me tell ya, it was stressful because it was my first "build" but I enjoyed it.

Solid Motherboard with good VRM's of OC'

Wished the Dragon Center software was a bit more polished and worked better to control Corsair lighting products. LED control fragmentation has been a thing for awhile so not expected to change soon.

Great Board - Ethernet Users Buyer Beware

I haven't tried to OC the chip but it does have an additional 4-pin CPU header for more power delivery. I value lower temps though

Great for an i7

No issues with power or heat everything’s running great. My only drawback is the dragon software for controlling the RGB. It’s not that user friendly or it’s very buggy. If it weren’t for that I’d give this 5 stars.

Decent mid range motherboard

It should be simpler. I have always only purchased Intel brand motherboards, so finding another to go to has been tough, I have tried a few, still can't beat an Intel, sorry they got out of the consumer market.
